We just replaced the front and back door to our house and are very impressed. Jeremy was excellent answering all our question and finding us the two doors we were looking for. They were from manufacturers they carried but not models they had installed before. Jeremy got us the color swatches and all the specs on these unique doors. The install guys were outstanding and very professional. They installed the doors in a few hours and cleaned up completely. So far we have had no problems with the doors and are amazed by how well they keep out the cold and the noise, as we back on to a busy street. The look is outstanding and we now have the best looking doors on the block. Our front door has a large distinctive window that lets lots of light into our hallway. The back door is frameless with internal blinds that looks stunning. We are now looking at new windows.

We had some 12-year old windows replaced and Western Windows was a pleasure to deal with. The windows were ready when expected, the installers were on time and professional, and Jeremy was very helpful and resourceful. When it was discovered upon delivery that some of the panes of glass did not match our existing ones, Jeremy arranged to get new glass the same day, and continue with the time-consuming part of the installation in the meantime so that the work did not have to be rescheduled. The windows themselves are much warmer than our old ones. Everyone we dealt with was very positive and we would use Western Windows again.

We are very happy with the job Western Windows did in replacing all of the windows in our home. The installers were very professional and completed the job in only one day, I really thought it would take much longer. They tried to minimize the mess and disruption in spite of the cold weather on the day that they did our windows. Kevin and Jeremy were both excellent to deal with and explained all the differences and pro and cons of various windows.

A+ experience from start to finish; from visiting show room, in-home measurements, quotes and final check from Terry, install of a patio and garden door yesterday in the NW by Mike, Jessee, and Caleb. We could not ask for better service, product or customer experience. The installation crew was on time, professional, courtesy, did a great job removing old doors and installing new doors. Surfaces and floors were covered, cleaned up inside and outside and wiped doors down before left. Doors being replaced were older and Terry provided us with great options and recommendations to ensure we selected doors that worked for our home, double and triple panes with built in blinds. In the future, we hope to replace front door and some windows over next couple of years. Will only use Western Windows and we would highly recommend. A+++

these guys are awesome .making sure everything is in good working order before leaving clean up after .They come before hand ,to measure everything .then when it comes measure again .My whole house has been done by this company and we had lots of people comment on them

This company ROCKS, save your time and money with the big guys. I had quotes with all the big box stores. western was within two hundred dollars of all of them. So I did go with the Western because I dropped by their shop had a tour. And liked what I saw and heard. Less than two hours from start to finish. And they even cleaned up nicely!!! we were so pleased with the work that western windows did replacing our bedroom bay windows in the spring of 2015 ( see the earlier review) that we decided to advance our plans and replace the rest of our windows plus the patio door in the summer and fall of 2015 in two stages. the quality of workmanship of the windows is excellent, the installers did good quality work and arrived on time. two things stood out about the installs - one was the care they took cutting some recently installed and very expensive floor tile to fit the patio door and then sealing it, and the second was when we discovered that the patio door windows had some surface scratches in the viewing area - it took two visits with new glass (the first time the new panes had similar scratches) and then they changed their supplier - but the new panes are perfect. with the recent spate of colder weather we really notice the difference in the comfort of the house, especially where the new patio door is installed. almost no window sweating. the staff from Jeremy who does the measuring and quoting, and Breanne at reception is just top notch. this is a well run family business that takes pride in their work. I would recommend western windows with no hesitation. also, their pricing is extremely reasonable, especially compared with companies that import their windows from the united states.

Western Windows installed front and back exterior doors on our home. The front door also has a sidelight. Western Windows provided a good selection of product options to choose from. Their pricing was competitive with another vendor we explored. Unfortunately, one of their suppliers was a bit late in delivering the product, but this was not a serious problem. The installers arrived promptly, and performed their job professionally and courteously. The office staff was available when we needed to speak to them and all of our questions were answered satisfactorally. We are comfortable recommending them to others.

We just had our front door and living room window replaced by Western Windows and are very happy with our decision to use this company. Although we haven’t had any bad weather yet to “fully test them”, we do notice that outdoor noise is much quieter. The products are beautiful and solid and the installers were prompt, courteous, professional and left no mess behind. We met with and had quotes from several other companies, but we felt very confident going with Western Windows, regardless of whether their price was higher or lower. We will again be using them as we replace the remaining windows on our house.

I was very pleased with Western Windows installation of a large window with wind out section in our bathroom. The two installers arrived on time, were pleasant and friendly, efficient and professional. They answered my questions and demonstrated how to open and close and lock the window and to remove the screen. The price was the same as quoted in the estimate and the window was as ordered.. They did a good job . I have already recommended the company to others and will continue to do so. It is great to have a window that opens and closes easily! H Mitchell
