We were looking to replace several windows and the front door to our home. I contacted 4 different companies including a couple of big box outfits. Potential contractors were evaluated based on quality of work, price and service. After obtaining quotes and reviewing available information, we chose Western Windows over the other 3 companies. They were in the middle as far as pricing went, not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Good reviews, both on-line and from former customers, combined with a friendly approach to the project made them easily our first choice. The installation was quick and efficient, completed in less than 1 day to our utmost satisfaction. The work quality has since been confirmed as excellent from two other tradespeople so we are very satisfied and would wholeheartedly recommend Western Windows to anyone looking for this type of contractor.

Terry Bailey provided the very best of service. When issues arose (with concrete cutting) Terry stayed involved and helped keep the project moving. Installers did a great job, very clean, efficient. Windows are fantastic. Would highly recommend!

Jeremy did the measure and the quote and was able to explain the difference between western windows and the other 2 companies I had gotten quotes from, and recommend the appropriate product. the installers Nick and Cole arrived on time - and had the install done in 2 hours including cleanup and installation of the window casings which matched our existing ones. we are very pleased with our new triple pane windows which reduce outside noise substantially, and plan to have western windows replace several more windows in our house this summer, and the remainder in 2016.

Great service from the salesman, office and installation crew on a large renovation we are doing. Although it was a small order, we received excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Western Windows.

Western Windows built and installed six (6) windows in our almost thirty year old house. We replaced worn out sliders with casement windows. Two of the window replacements were bay windows. The best replacement big bay window where a patio door used to be. The installers did an amazing job of building a window seat in the bay window. It's beautiful. I would definitely recommend Western Windows - and in fact, have already done so!

We had a kitchen window & a back landing window,(wood framed), replaced last year by Western Windows which solved our cold air leakage problems with the new Dbl Low E windows. To complete our window upgrade we had Western Windows remove our remaining 2 wood framed windows, (a few weeks ago), and install new Dbl Low E windows and repair an improper install on our master bdrm window, not a Western Window. The windows look great and address all previous cold air leaks. The installers were here promptly at the arranged time and were very professional and courteous start to finish. Upon completion no signs of debris inside or outside. Well done to both crews. We feel and will continue to feel comfortable in our home with these upgraded windows. Thanks to the entire team at Western Windows.

We replaced all of the windows in our house with vinyl triple-glazed low-e windows from Western Windows. We also replaced a three panel patio door and a privacy window in our attached garage. We were very satisfied with the quality of the product and the installation went smoothly. We had the kitchen window cut down to improve the view and were nervous about installation problems, but everything worked out fine. It was a pleasure to work with Kevin in developing our specifications for the work and all of his installers did a wonderful job.

This family owned & operated business is top notch! We purchased our basement windows from them and installed those ourselves. The design they recommended for easy install were exactly that. Then we purchased 2 doorlites which they installed. Workmanship on site was amazing. The installers were punctual, on point, professional, and tidy, and did a beautiful job. We would recommend Western Windows to anyone!

We had used Western Windows in the past to replace all 28 windows in our home. They provide a quality product and the price is fair. It was an easy decision to have them replace our front entrance door. We had a tight deadline and Terry went above and beyond to ensure our door arrived before our deadline. Installation was fast and efficient and the staff are always great to deal with. Have referred to family members and they have been very happy with the service/product as well. Not much left to replace, but will definitely call Western if we need anything else.
