    water line under ground

noticed water bubbling up through my driveway in the morning (9AM). Knew at once I had a supply line leak. instantly called Matt at Highmark and as always they were able to get a man out to me quickly and start fixing the problem (11AM). He (Matthew) took great care not to damage my garden while digging for the new line. Really appreciated that. Had the new line in the ground and the water back on by 4 PM. Once again, my hero's. Quick courteous service!

new pipes put in under crawl space

Tasso from High Mark replaced pipes under my house. Was on time, pleasant, up-dated me by showing me parts that had to be replaced and was extremely efficient and as quick as possible.. I am extremely happy to have him work in my home again if I have any plumbing problems. Marcy Maday

    leak in kitchen sink

I called High Mark to fix a small leak in the kitchen sink. the plumber spent over an hour looking around, but left because of fear of asbestos (old house). Bill was $263 for his time. A handyman (carpenter) later fixed the leak for $100.

    Leaking valve near HWT

We called High Mark Plumbing to come out and replace a small thermal expansion valve. The guy arrived, spent 30 minutes poking around and quoted $780! I was at work so my wife calls me and says that this guy is talking down to her like she's "just a dumb woman" and wants $800 to fix a little leak. I tell her to let him know we're going to get a second opinion. The guy from High Mark acts all surprised and put out, then charges her $180 for his time!! I called a friend of mine to drop by and take a look. He's a 20 year plumbing foreman. He says its a $50 part with a max of 1 hour work (probably 30 mins). Very disappointing to say the least. Do not invite High Mark into your home unless you're looking to get hosed!!!

    Old heater

I will never take heat for granted again. Our old heater finally crapped out and we called someone to come fix it. Someone who never showed. Frustrated, we moved down the list with no particular purpose and picked this place out. They were there quick AND fixed our heater quick too. So grateful for them!
