Whenever we need plumbing repairs we call High Mark because they’re excellent. They come when they say they are going to, they are polite and the plumber always explains what’s being done and why. We’ve never had a bad experience with them.

Over the years, High Mark has done quite a bit of work for us. They’ve installed gas lines, a hot water tank, a new furnace and done plumbing. Ryan is very skilled and he does good work. Every time I’ve needed High Mark I call and get a quote. Sometimes they’re a little more sometimes they’re less but I’ve always gone back to them.

High Mark did a first class job replacing my old furnace and thermostat with new ones. Ryan is outstanding, the job they did was fantastic and I couldn’t give them a better review.

Anytime I have any plumbing work to do I call High Mark. The employees, like Jonathan and David, are professional and you can tell by the way they work that they’re very interested in doing a good job. They are an excellent company and I’ve already recommended them to my friends.

Over the past few years we’ve had some issues with our downstairs pipes and we called High Mark. The guys who came really tried and worked hard but we have bad pipes. They are friendly, courteous and communicative. Although it hasn’t been resolved they’ve done a very good job.

We began our association with HighMark with a severe flood in the basement, its subsequent repairs and it has continued with two water service repairs to our and my father's home and a hot water tank replacement we had to arrange while on vacation in Alberta. In each and every circumstance HighMark has been friendly, courteous and very professional in their timely repairs which greatly reduced the stresses associated with a disrupted water service. We have dealt with Ryan, Scott, Ben and Matt and would recommend any of them for any water service issues.

With 4 girls in our old house our shower drains were all really clogged up. phoned high mark and spoke with matt who sent out a plumber, guy was nice and quick. matt quoted me higher for the job but the actual bill was cheaper, a nice suprise when dealing with contractors! I am glad I called because everything was great, I will use them again for sure!

Called High Mark after they were recommended by some friends, tech who came in was amazing and didn't mess around. He found the leak right away and fixed it. I had a really lame experience with the last plumber I used so I tried these guys, glad I did! Will definitely be recommending them to my friends as well.

I would like to recommend the exceptional service I received from Highmark Plumbing representative Matt Shew in dealing with my flooded crawlspace. He called to confirm his arrival time, investigated the problem, and advised me about my options. He made the repairs I requested, confirmed that they worked, and left me with advice about other remedial work. He came prepared with all the tools and materials required for the job, and there were no surprises with the bill. I very much appreciate his professional and courteous manner while dealing with an unpleasant job. I’m a happy customer, and Highmark will be my first call for future plumbing needs.
