    Replace sewage ejector with a new home owner supplied unit

    Good communication, responsive and quality work. I am please with the diagnostic visit by Alex and install by Rob. I would have given 10/10, but the price was a bit high considering the amount of time required to install the replacement unit versus the price paid. Owing to uncertainly of waste disposal in the city, the technician left the broken ejector behind, so I will need to deal with this. Lastly, Rooter-Man added a $15 fuel surcharge on both visits. Since they said they have technicians working all over the city/GTA and charge a premium price for their services, this seems like a cash grab to me.

    Pipe Replacement

    Great job. Very informed company. A pleasure to deal with. Will recommend and use them again for sure!

    Whole house drain trap removed. Double Y & Backwater valve installed.

    Older home with slow draining issues. Sometimes water backs up into the kitchen sink. Rooter Man was fast, easy to deal with and fixed the problem. Front yard had do be dug up to remove the old clay trap and upgrade it to a double Y with a back flow valve.

    Leak in basemant

    They came right away when I call and got the estimate right away. Extremely professional and on point. Thanks so much for the fantastic service. I would suggest everyone e to call them. They are amazing.

    Broken drain pipe

    Jay did good work. Clean and quick He was well versed in dealing with this under the present pandemic

    Water stop supply in driveway

    The job of completing my water leak was done in good time and to my satisfaction. However, like all plumbing jobs, it was very expensive for what was done. This company was actually better priced than two other quotes. We are at the mercy of this trade. I can understand if you have a huge leak in the house or a sewage back up it might be worth it. I would use this company solely because of the attention by their staff.

    Happy Customer

    Very happy with their service. Fast, efficient and professional. Decently priced. Would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. A gentleman named Alex was great. Excellent customer service and answered all our questions. The crew that came to change the pipes were terrific! No complaints from this customer!

    Plumbing

    Very professional and courteous and advised us on what exactly the job entailed. Another plumber gave us a high quotation and Rooterman gave me a second opinion and completed the work efficiently and within a reasonable price point

    Life Savers!

    We had been dealing with a leaky shower faucet, and last Sunday morning the faucet gave out and water poured into our kitchen. Our usual plumber had closed shop and we were desperate for help because we had to turn off the water in the whole house. I called Rooter Man and they had someone at our house later that afternoon to assess the issue. The next day Alex showed up with the necessary parts and went to work. By 3pm the faucet and old pipes were replaced and we had our shower back and water to the house. They charged us the exact quote to the penny, and Alex offered his own advice and tips on keeping our plumbing working well. He was fantastic and the company saved our family so much grief.
