    Great Customer Service

    Late evening my kitchen stink trap malfunctioned. This resulted in a pool of water under my kitchen stink. I called and they had someone out within two hours. The service man was named Alex. Very nice and friendly. He fixed the trap quickly and I was able to get on with my evening. I would hire this company again and I recommend them.

    Basement drain clogged

    This is my second time calling rooter man based on an excellent experience previously. This time Jay came out. Once again I am very pleased with the experience. Initial call was taken promptly, surprising given that it was labour day weekend. They pulled up info from the past visit and scheduled Jay to come over with 3 hours. Jay arrived exactly as scheduled and proceeded to identify the problem and to fix it. Thanks once again for a great job done.

    Broken drain, causing backup to basement

    So Satisfied with Rooter Man. Initial representative who attended the service call found the problem within minutes. He ensured that all will be taken care of. Fast, effective, within 24 hours had everything fixed. Had 4 Trucks arrive with 6 men ready to take action. Two dug 7 to 8 feet down, repaired the broken drain caused by tree root, everything completed, cleaned and back to normal. I was amazed with hardworking employees, and polite and understanding receptionist who took care of everything. Very Impressed.

    Basement Leaking

    We had a flood into our basement after a heavy rain and it remained unnoticed for 3 days. We had a technician out within half a day who found a blocked drainage pipe and a drain covered by ceramic tiles. The following day a repeat visit took care of the necessary planning. An excellent crew arrived to deal with the drain and our sump pump over the next 2 work days. Everyone was highly knowledgeable, responded well to our concerns and completed the work in a first class manner. The work areas were left clean . The office staff were also very helpful and dealt well with the insurance requirements. I have only the highest recommendation to give Rooter-Man.

    Plumbing: Drain snaked

    The team responded very quickly to my call. Carried out a review then were able to execute the work there and then very thoroughly. Camera work and snaked drain removing roots. Would definitely recommend

    major weeping tile, sump pump and back up valve installation

    Our experience with Rooter-man has just been totally glorious! From the very beginning of contact with this company we had nothing but highly intelligent, seamless guidance. their working men were extraordinarily diligent, knowledgable and also respectful of the difficult spaces they had to work in. Their crews were incredibly hard working, their team work impressive and their attitude to work utterly dedicated.     Leaking basement pipe: Router Man to the rescue.

    We had a leak in the basement. Jay and Mike from Router Man were patient, helpful and transparent about the costs and the work needed. They managed to diagnose the problem and offer a reasonably prices solution. The back office at Router Man was also excellent, Sandi was very professional and prompt. Excellent all around.

    Plugged shower

    Shower plugged. Alex was very knowledgeable. Got the job done and made sure it was draining properly before leaving. Job was complete same day that I called which was great. Would definitely recommend.

    Kitchen sink clogged

    Fast response Quick resolution. Clean Plumber had long electric sneak Pleasant person I think my short review provides enough information and you shouldn’t ask for a specific number of words. This deters people from writing a review

    Getting to the root of the problem

    Had an internal drain backing up and Rooter Man identified the problem; tree roots had invaded the old clay pipes servicing my new 60-year old house. It became a big job replacing them all but the team did a very good job, were conscientious and nice guys. Cost a lot but it turned into a big job and it was good work. Would have been nice if they could have replaced the interlock.
