    SUMP PUMP REPLACEMENT

    I called Rooter. man because of my sump pump malfunctioning. Robert was very prompt in arriving to diagnose my issue. We agreed that a replacement pump was in order. He gave me an estimate and completed the job in a very professional manner. As a former technician myself I recognise quality workmanship when I see it. Robert went above and beyond my expectations. Through no fault of his, I had an issue that was a result of the original installation of the sump system installed years ago by another company. He was back the very next day and resolved my problem without question. I am very impressed with this kind of customer care which is so hard to find currently. Thank you very much Robert and Rooter.man.

    Fixed Leak

    Alex was phenomenal! Initally, we thought the leak in our house was from the washroom. Through his diagnosis, it turned out the ice-maker in our fridge was the cause! Alex's friendly nature and professionalism was greatly appreciated.

    Sump Pump malfunction

    I called on a Sunday night at 8ish pm/et, and expressed my desperate concerns for the fact that the sump-pump had been working for 4-days non-stop and had stopped suddenly. I really thought my basement was going to be flooded. They were amazing. In Half hr (or less), one of their technicians called and heard my voice. He was in King-city finishing another job, and reassured me he will be there as soon as possible. He came, and apparently there wasn’t a major problem - he educated us thoroughly - fabulous man, and an honest man. His name is Bob.

    Plumbing

    I had two sinks and one toilet to be fixed. Alex was very good. Walked me through the process and quoted price before proceeding. He then showed me everything that he fixed before invoicing me through his iPad which was great. Would recommend him and the company

    New toilet and replaced sewage pump

    Alex was very knowkedable and was able to quickly assess the problem. He made every effort to get the part needed and completed the job well. He also cleaned the area of the plumbing work very well. I’d recommend Alex again:)

    Tub Spout replacement and toilet valve

    I believe I was overcharged for replacing bath spout diverts. I was present when one was replaced ( Unscrewed, pulled out and replaced with the new one). These bath spouts are approximately $30.00 - 40.00 each and I was charged 180.00 for one. They also replaced the fill valve, flapper and braided hose for a toilet for 235.00. These jobs were not complicated! I can’t comment if this is standard pricing but I will definitely shop around and be more selective.

    Repair

    The two men,Neil and Lamar, were friendly and very efficient. They showed me what they were doing as they were doing the repair. I’m am very satisfied with their work and would definitely have them back and would also recommend them to family and friends Thanks

    Dishwasher valve replacement

    Plumber was a little late due to previous appointment that lasted longer than anticipated and apologized for it. He was very courteous and very professional. He explained the issue and fixed it in no time. Very satisfied with the service/work. Thank you.

    Clogged drains

    Alex did a wonderful job. He was neat and tidy. Very professional and was very pleasant and patient with my family.
