Drain clogged
Great experience with Rooter-Man and their representative Andrew Grzebieniak. Andrew was kind, friendly and neat. He was in and out in no time and fixed the problem. Keep up the great work!

Sewer Backup
A sewer backup had occurred in my basement 2 years ago and Rooter Man was called. Excellent service. Another sewer backup occurred and we called them again. Stephen was fast, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend Stephen and Rooter Man!

Interior/Exterior Main Sewage Line Replacement w Backwater Valves
Stephen and his team were incredible. Very hard working... on time... and friendly. Cleaned up after they were done and provided updates on progress along the way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stephen and his team to any friends or family and would definitely use them again.

Main sewer line replacement
We thought we had a "regular" plumbing problem in the corner of our basement, however when we opened up the floor we had the shock of our life - there was a river of raw sewage underneath our basement floor! I consulted the internet/homestars and decided to give Rooter Man a call. This was on a Friday evening....the gent who took my call was very polite and said someone would call me back shortly. I was expecting a call back within a few hours to be honest, however got a call back in 10 minutes from Stephen Brodar. Stephen was great and reassuring and arrived within the hour. From the moment Stephen arrived, he was polite, kind and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and suggested we start with replacing the cast iron portion of the original plumbing first, then going from there. I appreciated the sensible approach and not being pressured into a huge job off the bat. Stephen was able to schedule a crew in immediately to come out the following morning. This was greatly appreciated as the entire house smelled like sewage and it was obviously a priority to get this resolved ASAP. The next morning the 2 man crew arrived on time. They laid down drop sheets and hung plastic to protect the rest of the house/basement. They got right to work and only took a few breaks throughout the day; for all the back breaking work they were doing I would have expected many more breaks! The crew was friendly and extremely hard working...and above all clean. Every day they would clean up the work site. Our front porch steps had to be removed and they ensured to put it back exactly as it was. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean they left our front yard - it was cleaner than when they started. All in all, dealing with Stephen and his crew was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or call Rooter Man for any plumbing issue, large or small. You really can't ask for more - prompt, polite, experts at what they do, friendly. Thanks again to Stephen and the crew at Rooter Man!

Shower drain install
First of all, I couldn't find a plumber to come do my work! I live at Jane and Finch, which may partly be the reason. I was either getting no answers back, or told they were too busy, etc.. One guy came and tried to talk me out of converting my tub into a shower. He was nice enough, but I couldn't hire him as he wasn't confident about doing the project that I wanted done. Another guy flaked out and didn't return my calls when came the time for me to demolish my bathroom and confirm the date we had mutually planned on. This caused me to delay my project by a week as I had to find a new plumber. This time, I stopped searching for organics results on Google and did what I had never done before: I clicked on a Google ad, the first one at the top, which was Rooterman. I got complete response and service. The guy who answered the phone was efficient and quick to tell me he'd have a plumber call me, which occurred within 10 minutes. Robert, the plumber, was top notch and did a fantastic job on top of being 100 % punctual. He pointed out things that were not up to code from a previous repair by another company and corrected it. He is a complete mensch, not to mention that he is personable. I'm super satisfied.

Slow-clearing shower and black growth appearing in toilets
No emergency and expected to get appt in future when I called. Response was quick that they could have someone here within a couple of hours and Andrew & Alex indeed showed up on time. I took them through the issues and they outlined what was needed and wrote up quote which I agreed to. They were friendly and professional and work was completed quickly. Andrew even asked if I had shut off outside faucets for the Winter (yes) but he asked if I had 'bled' the lines and checked them for me. He pointed out a step I had not done (thank you!) then also checked my washing machine and recommended turning off water valves when not in use to reduce pressure on the lines. Very useful info. Experience with this company was very positive and I will use them again for any future issues.

Replaced the drain line under the basement floor and driveway
We contacted Rooter Man when we discovered water in our basement on the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend. Being a holiday I was concerned that we would not get a response. Not to worry, the owner of the company, Stephen, was on site within two hours. Major problems were discovered with the main drain leading to the street resulting in two excavations, one inside the house and one outside. Stephen and his crew were remarkable. They went above and beyond to assist us. The work site was left clean every night. Stephen's advice was invaluable. I would highly recommend Stephen and his crew.

Sewer Camera Inspection
No nonsense, straight shooter. Arrived on time. Pricey but worth the investment to get reliable diagnoses.

Plumbing Service
Quick response time. Friendly and clean plumber. SHowed me the issues, how they were remedied and price chart. I felt very confident in the work and knew I received excellent value.

Water damage in a ceiling bulkhead.
On a Saturday morning I discovered a water leak and called Rooter-Man. The man answering my call was very polite and helpful. Andrew and Alex got to my house asap and did an absolutely splendid job AAA+.
