    Repair of a leak in the pipe leading out of the hot water heater

    Discovered the leak on the July 1 holiday. After trying several other numbers actually got to a real person who sent Alex over within an hour. He was very courteous and took care not to make a mess (including wearing booties in the house). Provided a quote then quickly fixed the leak and tested. Testing revealed another smaller leak which he also fixed (no extra charge). Provided estimates for 2 other issues he noticed and pointed out an issue with the air conditioner as well. Really appreciated that he took the time to notice and explain the other issues. And that he was able to come so quickly even though it was a statutory holiday.

    Amazingly happy - all work done in one day!

    Friendly, fast, polite & smart rep came. Looked at all that needed doing. Went to get parts. Came back. Finished - all in one day, including additional, last-minute work. Highly recommend!!

    drain and backwater valve

    I had a problem with a bad smell coming from the drains in the basement. I called Stephan from Rooter-Man. He listened carefully to my issues and did a camera inspection. He found the drain in a bad condition. He suggested replacing the drain and installing the backwater valve at the same time. The crew did an excellent job. They worked hard and replaced the grass so there was no damage to the lawn. The work inside was also done carefully and cleaned up properly. I haven't noticed any odours coming from the drain. Stephan was very professional and handled all follow-up details efficiently. I am very satisfied with the work Rooter-Man did at my property.

    Clay Pipe Replacement

    When you have a sewer back up and are already frazzled, Alex arrived within the hour and was very calming to speak with. As with other homes in my older neighbourhood, my house succumbed to roots that had grown through cracks in the clay pipes resulting in the sewer backing up, and the pipes had to be replaced. Terry and his team were always extremely prompt in arriving at my house each day. It is a very tough job doing the digging that they do. Terry and Alex were always helpful with any questions that I had. Thank you for a job well done.

    sanitary sewer upgrade, back flow preventer and change of led intake pipes to copper

    An absolutely outstanding company!!! Stephan and Terry and their crew came in to our aid with the speed of light! We have not even moved in yet to our newly purchased house when the old broken down clay sewer pipes backed up and gave in.Stephan took his time in analyzing the situation, investigated the issues and their location with his camera. The plan for resolution and our options were well explained before persidding. Consiquently Terry found out that our water intake pipes are still made out of led!!!! - they have not yet been changed. He explained the dangers of that and we decided to go ahead and replace them. Their latest help was reinstalling a back flow preventer that was in the wrong location! For any of your plumbing and drain services do not hesitate to contact RooterMAN! You will be in safe, honest and professional hands! Thank you Stephan and Terry for all your great work! Highly recommend them!

    Sump pump and storm sewer line replacement

    Stephan, Terry, Alex and their team are the best! My 60-year-old home required a sump pump replacment; and from there they realized the old clay line was completely malfunctioning so that had to be replaced as well with high- quality PVC. A team was on site within hours and took great care to preserve my flagstone walkway and concrete planter by tunneling under... that was a real bonus. I can now sleep easy through the rainy Spring season, thanks to Stephan's Rooterman team... I will highly recommend you to neighbours, friends and colleagues. Kelly K., Oakville

    Blocked drain

    I contacted Rooterman early on a Saturday morning to get a second opinion on a blocked drain in my basement that was causing a terrible smell in my entire home. I received a callback from the plumber Stephan within 5 minutes. I explained my situation to Stephan and what I was told by the other plumbing who came by the night before. Not only did Stephan confirm I got ripped off by the other company, but he seemed genuinely concerned and willing to come by to give a second opinion. Thank goodness he did! As I live in a new townhome condo development, the root of the problem is actually a builder issue and not the home owners as I was told by the other company. Had I gone with what the other company told me, I would have not only been out an additional $3500 but I would have had a flooded basement! Rooterman is now my first choice for all plumbing needs & I will be recommending them to everyone I know! Thank you Rooterman :)

    Complete clog main drain pipe

    Stephen and his crew were on time and budget cleaned and very organized. The important thing was the price which was most reasonable. Without any hisitatio I will defiantly recommend The RooterMan again. Cheers Adel

    Plumbing Toilet Repair

    Andrew and his son Alex showed up a little earlier than promised ... a bonus! These men were thoroughly professional knowledgeable and informative ... they had all the tools and parts required to do the work ... they were clean and tidy and polite. I recommend them highly.

    Drain service

    Hi, I just wanted to say how pleased I was with your staff and service. Your staff was friendly and courteous, arrived right on time, fixed my drain problem, and was less than the estimate. And I couldn't tell they were even in my home, cleaned everything up before they left! Great job by all! David R, Burlington
