Me and my neighbors hired integrity fence to make our fence. We got some references from one of the neighbor friend, we couldn't be more happy, they were fast, very polite and did a beautiful job. No hassles, easy language that we can understand and we paid when the job was done. Great deal, I definitely recommend them.

My name is Esther, Integrity fence did make fence for me and my neighbors. They got the best price for the kind of fence we were looking fir, they used a new stained kind of wood that looks very nice and avoid the failing after years. The best of all was I did not paid until completely satisfied which said a lot from a company. You can notice that they know what they are doing and they answer your question with patience. They took 3 days to do it, do not stop, not even for lunch. I'm very happy with my new fence Thanks guys

I am very very pleased with the services that I received from this company . Alex and his team worked fast , efficient and got the job done eariler than expected. They were alll very friendly and I had no issues with reguards to anything. I would highly recommend this company for any projects. My deck has given me no problems and I am very happy with the results thank you very much !!

I writing this review to express my gratitude tonward the guys of Integrity fence & decks. They build my deck last month in a very professional manner, they were fast, efficient and the price I paid was very affordable in comparission with other companies. THe guys were very friendly and gave me a bunch of good suggestions. I'm extremely happy with them; they seems very honest and hard working people. Very eas to deal with. Thanks guys

I made a mistake of paying even if my complaints have not been addressed. We called several times and all I got from "Alex" was --- "I'll take a look and call you back". Then they never call back and has not come in a month. But I already paid them. Hope the Better Business Bureau or the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services looks into these complaints. Their warrant does not cover natural splitting or warping of lumber for posts and boards but some of the boards were not just warped but were crumbling. This should be a defect and should not have been placed to begin with. Hope somebody calls them out or suspends their license.

Alex explained pricing and work with our budget as this was new subdivision and some people needed their fencing asap so we signed a contract. All was good until the job was complete. They install gate that we originally excluded from the contract as we had other gate plans. The told us the price has increased in addition to the gate we didn't want.They refused to remove it and told us we had to pay anyways. I was not happy as a contract should be honoured. I paid for the gate + the huge price difference mainly because it was not worth arguing when I could just write a review. Will never refer them.

horrible horrible horrible!!!! should take the word integrity out of the name!!! built a gate that fell apart and was the ugliest thing i ever saw and didn't even fix it for me!! left a mess and basically made it clear that we did not matter. never again!!

I am very grateful to have had these guys build my Deck. It was built in One day. They came in and prepped the ground and set the posts and 2 dys later came to build my Deck. I love and all my friends and family love it. Excellent experience.

Integrity Fence worked on a project in our subdivision in Thornhill Woods. Initially, we were satisfied with the work - there were minor issues but we were assured that the workers would come back and fix them. The biggest issue that we had was that the wood used for our front gate completely warped so that the gate does not close, giving easy access to our backyard. We reported the issue to the sales rep (Darwin) and left countless messages on their phone line but without any luck. My advice is to seek a more reputable company that will actually deliver on their promised warranties. You might end up paying a bit more, but you'll be happier in the long run.
