Vitaly is great. I hired him to clean up a recently purchased rental property with some new siding, fascia and soffits. This was actually the second project he did for me, but I didn't even realize it until he told me. I had another company do some siding work done on my primary property years earlier. As it turns our, Vitaly used to work for that company and actually did the work on my place. I was equally happy with that other company and got them to quote on this new project, but Vitaly's quote was a far bit lower this time around. He works at a steady pace but does not rush anything. You can see that it is important to him to get the job done right and I really appreciate that. I picked vinyl siding because I want something that is going to last a long time and require little maintenance, but that is only true if it is installed properly. I would recommend Vitaly to my family and friends without hesitation.

Well, Vitaliy holds up to his rave reviews for every aspect of his company's fine quality for price, timelines and job satisfaction. He returned my initial call promptly and was at my home the next day to assess the job and provide a quote. I was thoroughly pleased with his firm quote as he had come in quite a lot below 2 other companies I had estimates from. He felt that he could use my current eavestrough (as it was not old and was of the newer seamless type). All other companies wanted to put a brand new trough up. I needed my eavestrough, which was shared with my semi-attached neighbor, split at the half way point, caps put on their end and my end, and my trough to be removed and re-attached so that it sloped the other way. There was way too much water for one down pipe for two roofs. I also required a new down pipe as the old one remained with the neighbor's portion of the eavestrough. Vitaliy was able to do the job the very next day for me and I have to say it was flawless. He also noticed two other areas of concern with soffit issues on another part of the house and offered to fix those at a nominal charge. That was also done flawlessly. He is a pleasure to work with and genuinely cares about the job you need done. You would never have known he was here....no mess, no scrap pieces of anything. Perfect job!! I thoroughly recommend VCS aluminum for any of your aluminum needs for your home, and have already got a friend waiting for him to do a job at her house. I found Vitaly offered prompt, courteous, high quality work at a reasonable price. He came to my home the same day that I phoned him and repaired the damaged vinyl siding on the front of our home. He explained how he would do the job and described how others would do it differently in order to charge more for labour. He cleaned up after completing the job and explained the proper steps that I should take to maintain the siding. I could not be more pleased with the work that Vitaly did and I recommend him highly.

I had 4 companies out to my house to give me an estimate on aluminum siding on a small dormer. One was ridiculously high, one didn't even get back to me with a quote. One was about the same price as VCS but he didn't do the work. I liked the fact that Vitaliy would be doing the job himself. The siding was a special order that would take about 3 seeks to come in. The siding arrived within 2 weeks and Vitaliy did the job right away (ahead of time!!!!). He was meticulous with his work. I would recommend VCS to all my family and friends.

VCS Aluminum and owner Vitaliy get an absolute 10 PLUS PLUS rating from me. I was having a problem with my eavestroughs. Vitaliy came over as soon as he could after I called. He was very dependable. He explained my options clearly and he was interested in fixing the problem, not over - fixing it. I have had a lot of work done on my house and it is hard to find companies that really care about what is best for the homeowner. This company does care. I completely recommend them.

I am so pleased with Vitaly and VCS Aluminum. I called several places and his was the only one to come out within 24 hours and give me a very reasonable quote. He pointed out the problem with the siding, provided a logical and helpful observation as to repair, and was finished the work the very next day. He even cleaned my eavestroughs (that were flooded) while he was on the ladder. Altogether probably the best experience with a contractor that I have ever had. Vitaly is wonderful. When I started looking to replace my broken eavestrough, researching different companies on Homestar- read Else review for Vitaliy's VCS Aluminum; I thought this reviewer is exaggerating. My experience with his work is Amazing. There should be a greater than 10 rating for extraordinary persons like Vitaliy. He is so dedicated to his job, contacted me promptly, arranged a convenient time to come by to give the estimate, unlike other phone/email estimators. He came to do the job on a very short notice- less than 12 hours, so accommodating. he really gave me hope to believe in contractors again. After working with Vitaliy I am speechless. he is prompt and very professional. He showed up right on time, walked me through every single detail, he gave me valuable options on other improvements I was considering. I recommend him to everyone out there; he is the BEST of best. Everyone considering eavestrough work should first get a quote from him before making a decision. You have to see this A+ Customer Service "Vitaliy". great job, very responsive. Quoted us a reasonable price. Made recommendations. Explained what he was going to do and why. Even fixed our soffits while he was up there (racoon damage). We are now a loyal customer and will definitely refer in the future.

If I could give a rating higher than 10 I would! Vitaly provides a really excellent service. I called several places to get a quote, and only Vitaly came out to meet me promptly, was helpful and conscientious, and provided a very reasonable quote. The work was done quickly and carefully by Vitaly and his crew. The crew was all lovely - they showed up as promised, worked efficiently, consulted with me about options, and cleaned up after themselves. They even kept apologizing for walking through my (row) house. There was a downpour a couple of days ago, and everything seems to work as it should. Highly recommended!

During a heavy rain storm I noticed that my eavestrough was coming away from the house. I found VCS Aluminum on Homestars and the reviews were right. Vitaliy is a gem. Prompt, courteous he fixed my problem quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. A 10 out of 10!
