I recently hired VCS Aluminum for the second time, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, commitment to quality, and punctuality are truly commendable. We first met Vitaliy through a neighbours recommendation in 2016. The house we had purchased was a mix of exterior finishes added on over the years and in rough shape. He met with us and was helpful in proposing different design options and materials along with addressing concerns about repairing exterior damage. In Phase 1, he completely replaced the exterior siding, soffits, window trim and eavestroughs (addressing repair issues and insulation through the process). The back/side of our house was instantly transformed and our interior was less drafty and warmer. Following the completion of a basement renovation in 2022, we had VCS come back to complete the front exterior of the house a Phase 2. Again, he proposed a design and materials within our budget with consideration of supply issues arising from COVID. He skillfully integrated his work with our new front porch and stairwell into the basement. It was clear that he wanted the exterior of our small and older city house to look the best that it could be in spite of its condition. He also helped with issues that were left behind by another contractor. There are two aspects that particularly stood out for us. 1) He was always cost conscious - but only to a point. During the material selection process he was clear with us on which materials provided the best balance of aesthetics and durability. This range of options allowed us to make the best value decision. 2) Vitaliy has a real eye for design, and he takes this very seriously. It's important to him. In both phases of our work he spent a lot of time determining what would look best - he always had a vision. And in the end you know he is a master of "metal art"! Vitaliy is a collaborative contractor, a true craftsman and takes pride in a complete job. It was a pleasure for us to work with him. We will not forget Vitaliy and happily recommend VCS. I has new eavestroughs, fascia, soffits and freeze boards installed on my century semi-detached house. Vitoli and his helper showed up when promised and stayed until the job was done, including an unplanned extra half day. He had good ideas for some problem areas and consulted with me whenever something unplanned came up to be sure I would be satisfied. He cleaned up some shoddy work done by a previous tradesman and in the end, left the site clean and tidy. His was not the cheapest quote I got, but his professionalism and attention to detail was well worth the money.

I had VCS Aluminum complete the siding on one side of my house a couple of years ago, then had him complete the other side, the front, and eavestroughs this time. Once again, a great job.

Vitaliy and his crew are exceptional. They came on time and were very transparent with the work that needed to be conducted. I was here on day one of the demo but had to leave for a business trip during the bulk of the renovation. Vitaliy was amazing at communicating while away and took the liberty of going above and beyond. Their attention to detail is great and they treat their work with a high level of respect and pride. We replaced our old wood siding with vinyl siding through VCS aluminum earlier this year. We've had this house for 2 years now and have had to work with several contractors for various renovations and projects. Vitaly was hands down the easiest to work with. He is had working, efficient, friendly and most importantly, honest. He returned our call for a quote right away, provided us a quote promptly and began and finished the work in the timeline we discussed. His price is competitive and he gets the work done right, no cutting corners. We just wish all contractors were this easy to work with. We love our new vinyl siding and we would work with Vitaly again in a heartbeat.

I wanted to replace the terrible siding and shingles on the second floor of my house before I bought it 6 years ago. We originally had a quote 4 years ago, and the guy never showed up. Blessing in disguise really. We saw Vitaliy's crew down the street from us, saw his work and loved it. Anything I wanted done, they did it, no questions asked. I couldn't be happier.

These guys were the first to install a new siding product on the back of my house from a company called Dizal. Also did eaves and trough in iron- ore to match my windows. Vitaly was great to work with and I would recommend them. They took the time to work with other contractors on-site and overall I'm happy with the results.
