Last month I called VCS on a Sunday afternoon because I needed a small part of my eaves fixed. Someone came out that night, gave me an estimate, and the next day showed up promptly. The work was done quickly, with a good explanation as to what was being done. I will use VCS again.

I phoned VCS Aluminum and Vitaliy gave me a rough cost estimate over the phone and we arranged a time for him to come out and give a firm estimate. Not only did he arrive on time, he brought the parts to do the job immediately if I agreed with the price. His price was fair, and he did an excellent job of replacing the downspout. I am happy to recommend VCS Aluminum, expecially for small jobs such as mine that many companies are not interested in.

Vitaliy gave me a very good price & scheduled our work in the next week. He did all the work himself, very nice man, good customer service, hard worker and the end result looks great! Would definitely recommend.

I am very satisfied with this project from beginning to end. VCS came quickly for a quote, and was ready to work when I was. He worked quickly and efficiently and was done in a day. He even came back to fix up a smaller section the next day with the parts I had because I could not afford to have the whole run replaced. He was very competitively priced, explained the whole process, was respectful and courteous. When I have another house that needs this type of work, I will definitely give him a call!

I needed to have a downspout disconnected and my eaves trough and leafguards repaired. The eaves trough were overflowing. The leaf guards were not properly installed the first time and were popping up. Vitaliy came promptly to look at the project. He even went so far as to come back a second time with his big ladder so he could truly assess what needed to be done with the leaf guard and eaves tough. He discovered that the eaves trough was missing sections and had old leaves in them. He thus had to clean them out by hand before securing the guards. Vitaliy then gave me a firm estimate. We was the best value and did the work himself. He made the repairs promptly and professionally. I will be using him again for future repairs.

I highly recommend VCS Aluminum. Water was coming down in buckets from one side of my house due to a problem with my eavestroughs. I called VCS and the owner came the next day to do an assessment and the the following day he returned to fix the problem. Since a rainstorm was in the forecast, he made a concerned effort to fix it before the rain came. He repaired only what was broken and did not push for a major more costly renovation. It was a small job which he did quickly and effeciently. The next day, after the rain, I checked and there were no more puddles to be found.

I left a message for Vitaliy though the Homestars website on Sunday and he contacted me bright and early on Monday. I told him I needed only part of the eaves replaced and it wasn't a big job. He said no problem and he'd come over later that day. Came, explained everything to me, didn't try to upsell me on replacing the whole eaves and gave me a fair and honest price for the work. The next day he came and completed the job on time and without any mess. I mentioned to my neighbour that I was having some of the eaves replaced and asked her if she wanted a quote for Vitaliy. He met with her after finishing my house and he signed her up as well. The next day, he came back and finished her house. Vitaliy is a true professional who gets the job done right.

My downpipe fell off two days ago, I called Vitaliy and he came to give me an estimate the next day. He came 2 hours early before scheduled time so he can beat the rain and get my downpipes fixed before the rainfall. Vitaily has excellent workmanship and excellent customer service. I had Vitaliy replace a couple eavestroughs, add another downspout, move an existing second floor downspout, and add leaf guards to two sections of eavestrough. He did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. I had originally contacted three of the higher ranked Homestars companies. One of the companies didn't reply, one emailed me to say they don't do repairs, and the only one that came to give me a quote pushed me to replace the entire eavestrough system even though I only had a problem with a portion of it. After sending a message to VCS Aluminum I received a call from Vitaliy and he was able to come to my home later that day. He quoted me right after taking measurements and his price was much more reasonable than the other estimate I received. I felt so confident in Vitaliy that I cancelled the appointment I had booked with another company. He was able to come do the work just a couple days later and he arrived exactly when he said he would. I consider myself to be very picky about the look of finished work and I was not disappointed. I whole heartedly recommend Vitaly for any eaves/downspout needs. I couldn’t speak more highly of him and his work. Read below for a summary of my experiences with him: Firstly, out of the three highly rated homestar vendors that I called, he was the first to get back to me. I called him on a Sunday morning, and he came to my house on Sunday afternoon to assess the job. You can immediately sense his integrity, sincerity and honesty upon meeting him. He looked at my leaky eaves and downspout situation and immediately told me that my eaves are in good condition but just need a good cleaning. Even though I recently had my eaves professional cleaned, he explained that most cleaners do not clean out the elbows and downspouts. Upon my request he also quoted me on leaf-guarding. His prices were FAR less than the competitors, and he was the only of the other two competitors that didn’t suggest that I replace the whole eaves system for several thousand additional dollars. The others said that I shouldn’t invest in leaf guards on an old eaves system --- Vitaly said that my eaves are perfectly fine. Vitaly completed the job for the exact price that he quoted me, which I felt to be VERY reasonable, especially compared to his competition. He also added in several free-bees – fixing other issues that he found after his original assessment. He also created a awning over a leaking window of mine using siding – a job that I had several people come to quote on, but nobody wanted to do it because it involved moving some pipes / obstacles in the way. I was so happy that Vitaly did this job, and for a very reasonable price. The workmanship seemed great – It rained the evening he finished the work and all of my problems were solved. Thanks Vitaly!
