    New Carpet and Laminate

    Special thank you to Sanketh and John for their excellent service and professionalism in earning our business. The installers of our carpet and new laminate flooring worked hard moving a lot of furniture and did an excellent job installing both. It was a pleasure doing business with this company and we would not hesitate to call them again.

    Installed hardwood fllor

    We just installed hardwood flooring in our leaving room. The customer service that we received from Jeannie was so helpful and honest. She answered every concern we had with patience and professionalism. We were pleased to find someone that honest and they are not only knowledgeable about their products but they care about their customers. Jeannie took the time to explain to us the various options of wood we could choose from, how each could be installed, and worked within our budget.     Hardwood & Carpet

    We were very satisfied with the staff at the store, they were very courteous, helpful and patient. The installers for hardwood and carpet were real pros and did a marvelous job. Both of the teams showed up on time and finished as planned.We were very satisfied with the results an highly recommend them.

    1700 sq ft carpet

    Excellent service from deciding on the type of carpet we desired with advice from Sanketh, to a very expert installation from Del, Jason and Mike. A flaw was noticed in the carpet on installation and Sanketh rectified the problem by dealing with the supplier quickly to our satisfaction. We are pleased with the results and will go back to Floors Direct for future flooring needs. A great staff who aim to please.

    Carpet

    I thought the service was ok. They have people that don't work for the company to install the carpet. I would use them if you are looking at flooring on a budget.

We are always trying to improve and I was going to call you to ask what we could have done differently to score higher we could find no record under your name (could you have confused us with another store maybe?). Whilst we appreciate all reviews, I just wanted to say the majority of stores these days have sub contractors working for them, I know because we sometimes have to use contractors who work for other stores because we are so busy. Also for your information, our main carpet installers do 100% of their work for us as do our hardwood and laminate installers, and we are very proud of that fact. Thank you too for recommending us to people on a budget, although we carry high end products as well, we aim to please by fitting in everyone's budget. Kind regards Jeannie

    service

    Four hundred and eighty square feet. Done in one day for a great price. Laminate floor. Thank You. Great Team. Great Job. Store is close to my home. Beautiful Floor.

    Install 1400 sq. ft hardwood

    Floors direct had a huge job removing tile, carpet and hardwood and installing new wire brushed hardwood in our home. To avoid the mess, we went on vacation while they did the work and I never worried about a thing. We came back to a job well done. Thank you to Jeannie for all her help working with us and to Ben and co. getting the job completed around our other renovation schedule. It's been 3 months and the floors are beautiful, everyone comments on them. Couldn't be happier!

    Eng Hardwood Flr

    We just installed engineered hardwood flooring in 3 bedrooms. The staff at Floors Direct North were absolutely amazing in helping us choose a flooring that best suited our family's needs. Will be back in the future to purchase flooring for our basement.

    Hardwood Floors

    The job was well done. Some issues cropped up. The floors were not levelled and look bad in some places. The railing is not sufficiently anchored and possibly unsafe. Other than that, a good job. Nice people.

    Upper level hardwood and stairs

    Ben knows his products. Ivan's installation team was beyond awesome. Stairs are absolutely beautiful considering I changed my mind mid project , Ivan swung with the curve and produced a true work of art! Excellent job cleaning up after themselves. Minimal disruption considering one floor and the middle of the house were being worked on. No hesitation in recommending you purchase here.
