After enduring a month of horrible sewage smells coming from some of the drains in my house, I decided that I needed to get this issue fixed. I knew that I couldn't handle this problem alone, so after finding Santos through a relative, I decided to call them up. Silverio spoke with me and told me that it was most likely a backwater issue and that he would be able to handle it. His team came in and they went straight to work and told me that I needed a backwater valve installed, and Silverio gave me a good quote too. It took them a bit to finish the installation, but since they did it I haven't come across any smell or issues, so I would like to say that these guys are good and their service was a good experience overall.

The drains in my house were beginning to smell bad and clog for some reason. I tried snaking and using a drain clearing solution, but they didn't really help resolve the problem. I searched online and was able to find Santos and decided to call them. After Silverio and his team came in, they looked at it and told me it was sever blockage from years of buildup. They worked hard at it and soon everything was working properly. From speaking with reception to getting the actual service done, it was an overall pleasant experience. I will recommend Santos to anyone who needs a professional job done.

For about a month, some really bad odours began to come from the drains and toilets in my house. I didn't really know what the issue was but it had gotten really bad. After looking around and asking a few of my friends, I got a hold of Santos water service's number and gave them a call. They sent over a team andthey told me that they needed to put in a back water valve because some of the sewage was coming up and causing a smell. The job took a few hours but when they finished it was cleaned up well and I'd say well worth the price. I haven't had much issues since, and I'm glad I chose Santos.

Some of the drains in my basement and washroom on the main floor got jammed and the pipes burst. I had gotten Santos Water Service and Drain's number from my cousin who had called them before and was happy with their service. I spoke with reception and they told me that they would send a team over immediately. Silverio and his team arrived and they got straight to work. I am glad to say that they did a much better job than expected, and the price was also fair!

I was recommended by a coworker to call Santos when my sink was plugged. The call was quick and to the point. He arrived shortly after the call and went straight to work. He finished the job and that was it. Quick and easy. No troubles or complications. My problem was solved then and there. I will call them for future plumbing problems.

I called Santos if he can send some one to help with my issue. I forgot to close my window in my bathroom and my toilet broke because the water tank froze. Silverio is a good guy who knows what he's doing, and his team is really experienced as well. Very satisfied with prompt service when we had a backed up sewer line. Work started and was completed within 48 hours and they even helped me with speaking with the city to help speed up the process. Crew was friendly and efficient and Ammadeus even helped with the paperwork for the permit and rebate in dealing with the city. Would definitely recommend.

They came and diagnosed what caused the problem right away. Very clean and courteous. Then they fixed the problem even faster. A quick and professional job. Definitely would hire again.
