We noticed that one of the pipes in our finished basement ceiling was leaking and causing quite a mess. I called Santos Water Service and spoke with the owner Silverio promptly. As a comparison I had also called another Plumbing service that evening before calling Santos but never got to speak to anyone and to this day also never had my message returned. Silverio was very polite and professional. I asked to have someone come over the next day, as it was evening, to have the leak repaired. He told he would arrange and reply back to me. Within minutes his son Amadeus called me back to arrange coming over that evening as his schedule was quite busy the next day, he also said he would not charge it as an 'emergency call' which was very generous. Amadeus arrived as promised and promptly found the leak - hole in a pipe - and replaced/repaired it. He was very skilled, courteous and professional. Extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of Silverio and his son Amadeus. Highly recommended and will definitely be using them again.

One of the main pipes under my home was backed up to the point where I couldn't use my bathrooms anymore without a mess. I called Santos after reading some reviews and they were polite over the phone, so I told them to look at it. They talked it over with me and I decided to let them fix it since the price was good. Once they were done, they tested everything to make it worked and they didn't make a mess either. I definitely recommend these guys!

Some piping leading into my basement began leaking and I had water ruining the floor and things I put down there. I called Santos after finding them on Homestars, and they came on such short notice. The technicians said I needed to whole piping replaced since it was very old and damaged. After coming to an agreement and getting a reasonable quote, they fixed it up in a few hours and everything was new and fixed. They did good work for the price, and I can say I'm satisfied with their work.

The drain from my bathroom was severely clogged and it was almost unusable. I didn't want to use any chemicals because I read somewhere that they could cause more damage so I decided to call Santos. Silverio came with his team and he told me exactly what they would have to do and a rough estimate of the costs. I told them to start and they did, and once they finished, everything was working properly. The price was a bit lower than his estimate which is a plus. Thank you Santos!

I had problem with my kitchen sink blocked with grease and some debris. I called santos water service and they showed up on time. They cleared my kitchen sink and only charged $100. Im happy with their service and price. I would used them again.

We had water backed up from the main drain, panicked it might be a huge and costly issue with the newly rebuilt house. Amadeus came right on time as promised - quickly assessed the issue, brought down a camera down our main drain and educated us on each step. Great knowledgable professional, and after confirming the drain was now clear, gave us great tips on what to watch out for etc. Our best experience ever with a service technician. Amadeus is focused on building a relationship with the customer not out to just push a service. Very impressed, we will only be calling him/his co. for any plumbing issues! Thanks Amadeus!!

One of the pipes leading into my house was jammed and it was causing build up and bad smells in parts of the house. It was a really big problem. I had used Santos Water before, so I called them again and spoke with Silverio. He came over with a team and they looked through it in detail and gave me a walkthrough of what they there going to do. After everything was finished I gave them their due and they went on their way. I haven't had a problem with it since. Santos did another good job for me and I was charged reasonably. Good work!

Some of the pipes that lead outside my house froze over and broke because of the cold. It was really bad and I called over a friend to look at it, but he said that I needed to contact someone with more experience in this matter. I found Santos and told them to come over and look at it. Silverio spoke to me and looked it over and told me he could fix it. After we talked about the price and got to a reasonable rate he started the work with his team and they fixed everything up nicely. Its been a few weeks and so far so good. Thanks Silverio!

I spoke with Mr. Silverio and his son Amadeus at 10:30am telling them my sewer was backing up into my basement. They were willing to come right over! Amadeus and his co-worker were great, got right to it. They got their state of he art camera into the messy pipe, and invited me to look at the colour image of the blockage. Minutes later they had their plumbers snake with a cutting head on it cutting through the tree roots that were the cause of the problem. Within a short time the job was done, and all was back to normal! These guys really are great! I'll keep using them for all my plumbing needs for sure! Thanks guys! DS East York

I've been using Santos Water & Drain Service since 2009. On previous projects I had Santos replace floor drains in my basement and install back flow values. Santos and his team are very courteous, clean and did an outstanding job. Today I had an emergency and called Santos. They responded immediately advising me that they would have one of their crew at my house within 2 hours. Amadeus showed up on time, he was professional and resolved our frozen drain issues. I would recommend Santos to anyone with water or drain related issues. Santos and their staff are extremely professional, reliable and are all about customer service.
