    Replaced trap with cleanout

    I had some sewage problems. The trap on the breather was clogged and damaged, so I hired Santos to replace the trap with a "cleanout". They were professional, punctual, clean, and were done in what seemed like a reasonable time. So far, so good.

    Drain

    No one likes to have their pipes done. The whole situation of it is a big drag. These guys are amazing at what they do. They come in with such a great attitude, and have the work done in a quoted time. Very professional, very reliable.

    Drain cleaning

    The main drain in my house gets invaded by tree roots and I call Santos to help clear them out. I receive excellent service each visit and they are always thorough and take care of those stubborn roots with no problem. They arrive on time, they do the job in a timely manner, and above all, they are honest and dependable. They are knowledgeable, fast, and very friendly. Thank you, Santos!

    Drain replacement

    I needed some old pipes and drains replaced in my basement since they began to leak and ere very old. I called Mr. Santos and he was very helpful. They did a good job, and were reasonable

    Backd up drain

    This is the second time we have used this company. My dad's basement drain was backed up and this company came out within a couple of hours on both occassions and did an outstanding job. They are reliable, honest and very professional and reasonable. Would highly recommend them.

    Drain work

    Backflow preventer system installed and old drain system corrected. Work description was made very clear and work proceeded in timely fashion. Excellent warranty leaves customer with confidence. Company recommended to others.

    sewage drain diagnostic

    after some leakage from a sewage drain in my basement, i was recommended to Santos by my handyman. Amadeus arrived with his assistant and went above and beyond the normal diagnostic to solve a huge plumbing puzzle in the basement of my very old victorian house. after a very thorough exploration with his camera (they were here close to 2 hours), he pinpointed where the sewage drain was blocked and made his recommendations based on that. i will definitely be using santos to fix this massive plumbing issue, not only because they came well recommended to me (and I've been searching for awhile) but because they were so professional and thorough in conducting the diagnostic. i had lots of questions, and Amadeus explained everything to me in great detail. all good stuff!

    Drain Camera Inspection

    We had some issues with our basement bathroom. We were in a rush to get it resolved, as we had visitors coming. Santos Water Service & Drain answered the phone immediately and I was happy to hear they could see me immediately. They came, did the inspection and resolved our issue immediately, and even offered to fix some cosmetic stuff beyond the scope of the work at a very reasonable price. SO happy with Amadeus and his colleague. Would recommend to anyone.

    leaking pipe

    amadeus came to my place after being stocked on the highway for more than an hour. he spent 2 hours trying to fix the leak after he located it.he could not because it was located behind the water tank. he also fixed my toilet. he did not charge me anything for all this. he is a great guy with a nice personality who loves his job. I will for sure call him again

    Major Drain unplugging

    I have used mr. Santos for three plumbing jobs in the last 2 years, from simple faucet problems to a major drain blockage. He was very helpful over the phone, answered all my questions and came very quickly to look at the problem. He was professional, punctual and very reasonable on his rates. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
