    Electrical Repair

    Mark was great! He was courteous, careful, and above all he knew what he was doing. He organized his schedule so that he could come when I was available, and was patient as it took a few calls to organize a time. He corrected the problems quickly at a fair and reasonable price. Highly recommended!!

    complete house rewire + upgrade/relocate panel

    we needed to replace the old wiring (knob and tube), upgrade electric panel to 100 amp, update outlets to GCFI, placed 12 dimmable potlights to living dining and kitchen, add outlets for our deck and have a future connection for fireplace and shed. We contacted Mark and he give us the most reasonable price among three other companies! Mark is very patient and accommodating. He takes time to educate and tell us what options we have and what the pros and cons of each from the type of switches and potlights to electric panels. He did not rush us into decision but he has maintained schedule. He accommodates much of our request to move light and fixture locations and also what the switches will be like. He also included many other things that he said is needed like installing alarms in each bedroom (because of code) and even included some undercabinet lights - for the same price! Mark also takes his time to tell us what he plans to do and if we agree. For instance, he explained to us how he plans to make the switches in the stairways. In this way, we felt that we are part of the plan making it more fun and relieves the stress of renovation. Our house needed a whole lot of electric upgrade and it was no easy task but I am extremely pleased of Mark’s dedication and diligence to make it all happen and all within our budget! I would definitely recommend him and his company again and again.

    Service to electrical wiring

    Mark was professional and efficient. Was able to identify the problem and repair fairly quickly. Explained problem and work that needed to be done. Followed up to make sure satisfaction of work. Would not hesitate to recommend.

    electrical work

    I required some exterior electrical work be completed, as directed by my insurance company, and was not sure who to contact. I called around to a number of companies, Greenplanet electric, being one of them. Mark was prompt in returning my call. Whereas other companies I contacted either did not return my call or delayed significantly. Mark attended at my home, within a short time of my initial call. He explained my options and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. Now my insurance company is satisfied and it is one less thing that I have on my household "to do list." The completed service is much appreciated.

    Emergency Panel work

    Mark was very professional and came to my house right away after i explained that myself and my tenants had no power for our kitchens. He fixed the issue very quickly and also gave me some great information. I probably phoned over 30 electricians this morning to get someone to come in asap and Mark was the only one who responded to my call.

    Power out in 2 roms

    Power went out in bedrooms and TV room. Mark came when he said he would and fixed the issue at a reasonable rate. He was professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

    Kitchen potlights

    We asked him to come in and install kitchen potlights, and other miscellaneous wiring. We loved his professionalism and care, he was very friendly and easy-to-talk with and completed the work exactly as he had detailed. We also found his pricing very reasonable and were really happy with the results!

    Two 20amp plugs added to my panel

    I got a infrared Sauna in my basement and needed two 20 amp plugs installed. I had called 3 other companies on HomeStars; 2 of them didn't even bother returning my call and the other one gave a very high quote. I also call Green Planet; Mark was very professional and extremely polite. He arrived on time and did a great job; he went the extra mile by ensuring everything worked properly and even cleaned up what little mess he created. I would definitely call Mark again and recommend him to family and friends.

    pot light installation

    Mark was more then happy to work with me ahead of the job. He answered all my questions, and was flexible with how he worked. Instead of paying per pot light, he directed me to a few great products, which I purchased myself and he installed. I benefited from working with a professional with years of experience and getting a superior product.

    Electrical Work

    We needed a bunch of electrical repairs done around our house including to a few rooms that we are updating. Based on reviews I called Green Planet Electric. Mark was great. He was punctual, very pleasant, and communicated with us well. He did a great job at explained what needed to be done, and at making sure he had a clear understanding of what we wanted. We were very happy with the end result. I would definitely use him again (and plan to) and will be recommending him to others.
