    Installation of electronic lock and keypad.

    Prompt professional service by personable, knowledgeable technician. The lock works great. Would recommend or use again. If you are thinking about changing your key entry to a electronic keypad, worth paying for quality.

    Adding a key lock to a sliding patio door

    We've worked with Raz before, and highly recommend his services. He was very friendly, and the process - from scheduling to completion - was simple and efficient. Will continue to use this company and request Raz.

    install some deadbolts

    I asked fc locksmith to come in so that they can install deadbolts in our office. David handled it easily as he came in with several deadbolts for our choosing. When we chose on the model, he handled their installation properly. He didn’t make a mess as well. Thanks!

    safe opening

    Our office safe was not opening even with the correct combination. We asked FC Locksmith to help us unlock it. The expert who came opened the safe and reset the combination for us. He also taught us how to avoid these types of occurrences in the future. great service!

    Locked out of house

    Was locked out of house, Aaron arrived 1/2 hour after called and gained entry to my house without damage to lock or door. It was 8pm at night and cold outside. Very professional, would highly recommend Aaron.

    Lock Out

    Locked out without key to get in the cold, Aaron the technician was very nice guy, arrived very early than I imagined, service was great, highly skilled and helpful. I would definitely and highly recommend him to everyone in Toronto. Nicest technician I have ever met in my life time. Did a very great and neat job, best technician ever. Thanks Aaron for the great service.

    Install new doorlock/keypad and locking doorknob

    I was very satisfied with the service. Came the same day. Amon was very professional and knew what he was doing. After he had left,I was having a little trouble operating the keypad so I contacted him and he came back soon after and helped me out. Thanks very much.

    Change of locks

    Great customer service by Arnon. Efficient and responsible. Would highly recommend to anyone. Even on a snowy night they came out to make sure our locks were changed and house was safe.

    Lock Maintenance

    No complains about the service but the price came in significantly higher as presented over the phone. The technician didn't bother to present an estimate and just proceeded with the service and presented us with the invoice. Well, lesson learned. Next time I wont just rely on what I am told but will grill the onsite person. Too bad one has to do that. UPDATE Company cares about getting the job done right and followed up.

    Old Safe

    Aaron of FC came to my home and opened an old safe made of solid German steel which I couldn't open for years. Inside was militarily medals of personal value to me. Excellent work, thank you Aaron.
