It was getting harder & harder to remove the key from our front door lock after locking or unlocking the door. I called and FC Locksmith sent Sasi over to our house within 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, explained our options, and replaced the lock cylinder with one that is color-matched to our door hardware. Sasi was fast, polite, professional - great to deal with!
