    Great service

    I have a new location we.needed a new office lock for....during the pandemic. I had a booking but an emergency happened to the tech....i.had driven 50 min for the appointment! But they responded, and booked another person right away.....i had to wait a bit but I did not need priority over this new person's emergency stops! Once Nick arrived - fast, efficient service 100%. Would absolutely recommend

    Nick was excellent. He provided courteous and prompt service. In addition to replacing the lock, he answered questions and went above and beyond to offer professional services. I will recommend the company and Nick to friends and family.

    Lock change by Nick

    Quick and prompt reply. Rapid to come onsite and fix the problem, lock was fixed in less than 30 minutes . Good service and professional staff. A little too costly but on time.

    Lock Replacement - 10 units

    Nick was amazing - prompt, courteous, and professional. Worked several hours (after hours) to get the job done with a smile and everything is great. Can’t say enough nice things about Nick - you won’t be disappointed.

    Vintage Lock change

    Nick was prompt, friendly, efficient and accommodating. Great job changing lock on my vintage cabinet. He also helped me to install the stubborn brass name plates onto my cabinet. The cabinet now looks great and functions well. Thank you.

    Lock change

    Really great and quick installation of back door lock. Was replaced with a new quality lock. Provided some smoothing out of the door so the lock could be smoother. Overall awesome job and same day service

    Cylinder Lock Replacement

    Our business had just moved to a new commercial unit and needed the cylinder lock replaced. The technician, Nick, came during the scheduled time and replaced the lock in a matter of minutes. We needed extra keys which was also cut for us on site. Overall Nick was efficient, professional, and polire. He answered any questions/concerns I had. Would recommend!

    Old lock replacement

    We had a really old lock on a basement entry door - key has long been lost! Nick was quick and friendly in replacing the lock and made recommendations around the most affordable alternative

    Residential deadbolt rekey

    Nick accommodated my need for an evening appointment so I didn't need to take time off work. In addition, there was no evening premium for service, which is quite unique to this company. He was quick, and explained the process. Would highly recommend nick and the FC locksmith company.
