We have a large bathroom in our walk in basement that was flooded this summer. Bathroom Builders appeared professional in their presentation and their approach to work and presented us with a solution that met our budget. They gave us adequate references and assurances as well. Their interior designer did help us plan well in terms of picking the bathroom furnishings and colors etc. Once the contract was made they kept us up to date on the progress of procurement and finished it within the six to eight weeks they had promised. During the job we had a little bit of damage done at the time of demolition but they took care of it. Very satisfied overall.

Great team and great work. Made me feel special and did a great job. Paid a great deal of attention to every aspect of my project. Could not have done without the help provided in picking the colors. Lived up to the expectations set in the first meeting.

Upfront clear estimates, courteous professional crew, constant oversight what more can I ask. Sohail is one of the friendliest persons to work with. Job was scheduled promptly and the crew showed up on time and finished it the same day. At the end of the job the crew did a walk around and fixed any small issues right away. Sohail and Nancy stopped by twice to review the progress and the final work. I will definitely use them again.

I hired Sohail and his crew to paint our 3 bedrooms along with our main floor stucco ceiling. They completed the job in the agreed upon timeframe and we are very pleased in the results. The painters were professional and ensured that all deficiencies pointed out during the inspection were taken care. The free colour consultation was also very helpful. Though there were some issues initially and as we have done full payment so we were not expecting any resolution now. But I am glad to say that even after 6 months Sohail visited us and resolved the issue completely. He offered us two options - either get the concerned areas fixed or 10% discount. We opted second option and I can say he is the first contractor who has returned the money after job is finished. We are very impressed by his dedication towards customer satisfaction and wish him good luck.

I had hired Five Star Painting after seeing the work done at my parents house. They spent two days painting my 3500 square foot house. Overall, they did a decent job when compared to other houses I been to. There were some few things that needed to be done after they were finished so I met Sohail and he will ensure that it will be done. He definitely makes you feel like a loyal customer. He even provided a gift certificate as a good gesture.

I was very pleased with the level of service that Five Stars provided. The painters were very polite, very neat and they had finished the job on time as agreed.

After having a poor job done by our flooring contractor to give us a nice paint job on the steps, I tried to correct it myself. After 3 coats of paint and learning that you can't just leave painters tape on between all 3 coats, I finally gave up and called for painters. The guy from Five Star came in and took about 8 hours to do the entire staircase, but the detail work was great and it looks fantastic now. Will hire them again to do our lower staircase.

My wife wanted our house painted in advance of our son's 1 year birthday so we could do an open house, and after some research and a few quotes we decided to go with 5 star painting, largely a result of the excellent reviews on Homestars. Both Sohail and the design consultant were quite helpful, and the painters did a great job on the actual painting - we were quite impressed with the speed at which they did the job (2 days for a 1600 sq. foot home). The only issue we experienced were specs of paint throughout the house on our hardwood floors, which we missed during our walkthrough inspection (our fault I suppose as we were more focused on the walls). Sohail sent 2 of his guys back during the week to take care of some of the issues, roughly 2/3rds of the total problem spots, so we were only left to clean the balance ourselves instead of going over the whole house. My initial review was only a 5 out of 10, however, after posting it, Sohail came out to our house to check out the remainder of the trouble spots himself. He did not want us to have to wait for anyone to come out and finish the cleaning as his crews are quite busy, so instead he gave us $150 off the total cost for our trouble.
