Thanks you for the feedback Anne. We're sorry the project finished one day later than planned and wasn't ready for your Saturday move-in. We understand how important that timeline was for you, and it is equally important to us that we deliver on our commitments. When you reached out,several other painters were unable to take on the job within your required timeframe. We accepted the project in good faith,confident that our available crew could complete it on schedule. An unexpected injury to a crew member created a shortage we couldn't immediately fill without compromising quality, and the work ran one day over a result. At the final walkthrough a satisfactory job completion certificate was signed, as everything appeared complete at that time. Occassionally,minor issues such as brush marks can become more noticeable once the paint has fully dried. We stand behind our work and will correct those under warranty as soon as your schedule allows.We would like to make this right.
