Mike and his Five Star team bring a high level of experience and professionalism in both workmanship and customer service. The last joint project we worked on, a high end condominium included installing new flooring, wall repairs, painting and faux finishing, earned high praise from the owner. Mike's team was very easy to work with from start to finish. After looking at properties serviced by Mike’s team one understands why they say painting is much more than just paint.

Initially inquired about a quote for the stairway/hallway only but after being happy with the cost, inquired further about other rooms I also wanted done. With all of the incentives in place, the quote was well below any other quote I had received so I took a chance and happy that I did. Painters arrived on time and completed the job in a shockingly quick timeframe of one day. I was very picky with cutting and pleased with the end result. They were happy to fix any issues I had. Would recommend and use again. Thanks to Jilani and Caesar for a job well done.

Needed my laundry room painted and they did a wonderful job, even if it was just a small 4 hour job. It was done correctly, politely and professionally. Nice people to deal with from the salesperson, to the owner to the painter. Would let them come back for my next painting jobs and would recommend them to others. Easy to deal with.

Mike is very careful in taking the measurements: we instituted 7 different colour tones in 5 rooms. His attention to details is only matched by the meticulous painting by Jose. There was not a splash too thick, or, a brush too thin. There was not a drip on the floor, or, a stain on the door ornaments. I am deeply satisfied by the workmanship, and grateful for Mike's patience and advice on the choice of the final decor.

I was very pleased with Five Star because Mike Otani provided a quick and thorough estimate at a fair price. He also helped us select colours that would complement the rooms with our current lighting and explained the various types of paint we would need for all our different surfaces. His painters showed up on time and did a great job and then cleaned up thoroughly. Will be having them back when we need our deck stained. Great job Mike!

I had a great experience with 5 star painting. I needed a job done quickly on little notice and Mike and his team were more than happy to accommodate. Mike came in initially to take a look at the room and figure out exactly what paint needed to be used. Our family room was going from a deep red to a sage tone so it was important that the right paint be used to cover up the previous colour. The painter arrived on time and kept great communication with me to let me know how everything was going. He had the job done within hours and the room looks fantastic! I am very happy with the results and will be calling again in the future when I have painting to be done.
