    Residential Recaulking

    When Michael came to our home to prepare a recaulking quote I immediately felt that I would have complete confidence in their work. He is very professional, listens to his customers, addresses any concerns and their customer service is above and beyond. He was in touch well before our start date and day before because of forecast bumped our work to the next day. They were there exactly when they said they would be - very efficient, kept the entire work area clean and made sure when the job was completed that we knew it would still be drying (to be careful stepping over the threshold). Everything looks so neat and clean - I do hope that my neighbors want to know who did the work because we would highly recommend Gold Seal Caulking - their work is truly deserving of a 10! Thanks!!

    Recaulking

    Mike and his team did a great job. They were very detailed and I am very happy with the work. The service was excellent and I would recommend him anytime.

    Caulking

    This is the second time using Gold Seal Caulking, trust the reviews. No matter the size of the job, there is nobody better then Mike and his team. Great job guys

    House Re-caulking

    After three quotes, Michael was the most responsive and had the most detailed and professional quotation. Also, he was the lowest bidder and was one of the two companies that actually went out to see the home before quoting. Further, he was very organized in scheduling a date and then also maintainted constant communication with me in letting me know of any delays well in advance. The workmanship was excellent and the detail shown in colour matching the caulking to the surrounding surfaces was impeccable. Gold Seal Caulking went beyond our expectations by also completing the caulking on the garage doors which was not part of the scope of work. Lastly, Michael understands the concept of Customer Service as he agreed to fix some minor 'bubbling' of caulking I noticed afterwards. I highly recommend Gold Seal Caulking and will be recommending him to others who are seeking to replace the cheap, cracking caulking done by the home builders.

    Full Exterior Re-Caulking

    When I first started looking for quotes to re-caulk all our windows and doors, Michael actually took the time to respond to me while he was away on vacation and after some back and forth we set up a time for him to come by and quote upon his return. Michael was on time and provided both a great quote and actually spent time walking me through everything they were going to do for us which I greatly appreciated. This included properly insulating the windows prior to the re-caulking and also sealing pretty much everything protruding from the house. On the scheduled day the weather wasn't going to cooperating so Michael let me know the day before that it would be best to move out to the following day and was then very flexible in working around my available times that day which made the whole experience painless for me. When the time came to deliver the work, Michael showed up with his team and did a fantastic job. The attention to detail seeing these guys meticulously scalping everything to be clean and smooth lines was intense, I'm very happy to say that I have the best looking windows in my neighborhood and would recommend Michael and his team to everybody.     Caulking Windows and Doors

    After recieving 4 quotes, I decided to hire Michael and his company Gold Seal Caulking and I am glad we did. From the day Michael came by and gave me the quote to the day him and his patrner arrived to do the work I knew I had hired the right company. They went over and above what I expected. The weather would not cooperate but Michael would always call and let you know that he would have to do the work another day. Their work ethic was very professional and my property was left the same way it was when they arrived, every last piece of old caulking picked up. I would highly recommend Gold Seal and Michael to all my friends and family. Once again Thanks Michael.

    Re-Caulking of exterior

    Michael was a pleasure to deal with from the moment I submitted an online estimate form. He was very polite and professional , he explained the process of the work that I needed done and he delivered everything he told me he would in a timely manner. I had to contact Michael prior to the scheduled date of the job because I had a leaky window and he dropped by the house to caulk that window to avoid and further leaks. I would highly recommend Michael and his crew. Keep up the great work and customer service Gold Seal !

    Re-seal windows and doors

    We had Michael redo all our caulking for our windows and doors. From quote to finish of the job the whole experience was excellent. The quality of the work is top notch. Michael sent us an email the day before letting us know what time he would be starting and an email once the work was completed.

    Caulking Windows & Washrooms

    Our experience with Gold seal caulking was really great. Michael came to our home and gave us an estimate and did not try sell any extra work. We hired Gold Seal to re-caulk windows and washrooms at our home in Oakville. Michael’s quote was very fair. On the day of the job, Michael was on time to start the job and completed as said…no surprises. I highly recommended Gold seal to anyone and would use them again for caulking work at my home

    Caulking

    We needed all our windows and doors done as part of a home inspection. What an amazing job Michael did! I've never seen a such clean lines and edges! I would recommend Michael in a heartbeat. Thanks for the outstanding work!
