    Home Caulking

    It was a pleasure dealing with Michael and his team. He gave us a fair quote for the job and answered all our concerns. His team showed up on the scheduled day, were attentive, clean and made everything look great. We would absolutely recommend!

    Exterior Window Caulking

    I don't usually write reviews, but thought that I should add to the compliments on this company. Estimate was easy to set up and Gord arrived on time. He explained the process and the materials in detail. Pricing was quite reasonable. Like most people, I don't mind paying for good quality work and Gold Seal delivers on all levels. The team is professional, friendly and speedy. Michael confirmed our appointment a day prior to arrival. The team arrived on time in the morning and they were done our home (with a number of 2nd storey windows) by mid afternoon. They even came back a week later to do some extra work. Most importantly, I can't believe how great the work looks. The flexible silicone is such a step up from the rock-hard cracked caulking that has been on there since the house was built. Highly recommend this company.

    Exterior Caulking Of House

    We had Michael caulk our home, After dealing with another company who was quoting way over normal prices, giving us excuses why the costs would be so high, it was a pleasure dealing with Michael. He was knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and was in-touch with us every step of the way. The workers were also very friendly, and everything was handled in a timely manner, on schedule. They cleaned up well, where you could not tell they were even there. The price is very fair, since we have a 3500 sq ft home with lots of big windows. We definitely would recommend Gold Star Caulking and Michael for you caulking needs!

    Exterior Caulking

    Used Gold Seal to remove and replace all caulking around exterior windows and doors. Great service and follow up. Arrived when expected and work was completed without issue. Final cost agreed with quotation. Warranty provided for work at time of payment. Very happy.

    Exterior and Interior Caulking

    I found Gold Seal through Homestars and originally had them recaulk my windows and doors prior to listing my house on the market. Mike and his team did an exceptional job and in -10 degree weather. I immediately had them quote me for the interior and hired them for that as well. I was very impressed with these guys and would not hesitate to give them a recommendation. The price was reasonable and they did very good work.

    Exterior Caulking on Windows and Doors

    Mike and his crew from Gold Seal Caulking just finished caulking all my exterior windows and doors. Their workmanship exceeded my expectations. Fantastic customer services from start to finish. Mike, the owner, came by my property and provided a very reasonable quote on the project. He did a follow up visit to ensure that my add-ons were noted prior to the start of the work. They arrived early than scheduled the next day and work diligently to complete all my caulking requirements and then some. He will come back to apply asphalt caulking to the gap at the top of my driveway free of charge when the weather is much more warmer. Gold Seal Caulking definitely earned my 10 star rating and I am very happy that I found them on Home Star. I would not hesitate recommending them to my neighbours and friends. Great Job Guys!

    Caulking of bathrooms

    Michael re-caulked 3 of my bathrooms. He was punctual and the work looks amazing. I was so impressed with Michael's professionalism that I would like him to seal my next house. His knowledge and expertise in the field is unsurpassed. Thank you Michael.

    Caulking Windows & Doors

    Gold Seal did an excellent job caulking our doors, windows and some opening outside our home. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly without any issues. Thank you.

    Window & Interior Caulking

    Mike and his team did an excellent job. As a first time home buyer we weren't sure who to get to caulk the exterior windows and bathtubs. Thankfully we chose Gold Seal! Mike not only did the requested job but offered to come back on a few occasions to finish what was originally promised/requested. I would definetly recommend Gold Seal to my family and friends. Great service is hard to come by, and they not only provide a great product at a reasonable price but do a clean job with exceptional Customer Service. Thanks Mike and Gold Seal! Z

    Caulking All Windows

    Mike and his crew were professional and accommodating (since I had to change install dates a couple of times.) I have gotten quotes from other caulking places, and by far Gold Seal was the most reasonable and from what I see, the best quality. Do yourself a favour and do not bother getting quotes from anywhere else. Gold Seal offers 10 year warranty which is added piece of mind.
