    Exterior Caulking

    I Read most review's on here and did not hesitate to call Mike and I received a prompt reply back, Mike was very informative and knew exactly what he was talking about in regards to the exterior caulking request that I had for my home, Mike and his crew finished the Job very efficiently and professionally. I will be referring his business to many of my own commercial and residential clients and contacts. Great work!

    Caulking

    Great company to do deal with and great service. i will recommend them to my friends and neighbors for sure. Michael was great person to deal with. i choose Gold Seal because they have years of experience and was rated highly on homestars

    Re-Caulking of Entire Exterior of Home

    Another great job!!! I chose Gold Seal after reading all the wonderful reviews and they do live up to their reputation. Quote was thorough. Job was professional and of excellent quality which I expected and Michael was easily reached with any questions. Excellent price and service. I will be using them again in the summer to re-caulk pool coping.

    re window and door re-caulking

    A great company to deal with. Mike and his men did a great job: Very professional and a treat to deal with. As their ability to do the work is very weather related, they regularly kept me updated if the job date was threatened. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of having their house re-caulked.

    Exterior Caulking

    Back in 2014 I looked for a company to re-do the entire house caulking. I got some offers, and based on the homestar reviews I chose Gold Seal Caulking. Mike with his colleague came over, and did a great job. The garage door was not included at the begining, and they did it for me at the end without any extra charge. Very good crew, professional, finished in about 5-6 hours. This year one of my neighbors across the street wanted to do the caulking too, and I recommended Gold Seal Caulking. Yes, you might find people doing the caulking for less, but beware, you get what you pay for. It was great dealing with this company.

    Recaulking exterior of my home

    These guys were by far the best company I have ever dealt with. It started with Mike who came over and gave me a quote on recaulking my exterior. Mike was meticulous and detailed. He explained how the caulking would enhance the energy efficiency of my home. Not only was his quote better than the two other quotes, but his expertise was by far superior in that he explained step by step what he was going to do. In fact Mike brought up other concerns that the other contractors overlooked or did not explain. Gold Seal Caulking was prompt, When they said they would be there they were there on time as promised. Gold Seal had three workers who worked non stop to get all the old caulking out. They cleaned all the surfaces and reapplied a great high grade caulking. They worked non stop in one of the hottest days of the year. Gold Seal cleaned up everything and were top notch in my books. I am extremely happy with this company. If you want caulking done these are the only guys to call. Excellent company and excellent service.

    window caulking

    This is how a service company should operate. Right from the get-go, this experience was flawless. Michael was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, provided a great price, and a set date to get the job done. The crew showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves...all in less than a day. This guy knows how to run a service company.

    Caulking - Exterior Doors, Windows, Vents and Pipes

    My house is about 12 years old and the original caulking on the exterior was old, cracked and just plain disgusting. I didnt know who to hire to replace this. Gold Seal was the only company that actually responded to my quote request within a day of my email. In fact, it was a few hours. Other companies took 7-10 days. I am extremely happy with the work that was completed by Gold Seal. My home looks brand new. The crew was very professional and courteous, and they completed everything within a few hours. They also educated me on how this will help me save on energy costs. They cleaned up everything after they were done. The Gold Seal crew created a truly memorable and first class customer experience from start to finish. The price was very good and is better than what most of their competitors charge. I would highly recommend using this company because you are really getting a great company that wants to create good work.

    Caulking on Windows & Doors

    After getting several estimates we selected Gold Seal Caulking and we were not disappointed. Michael (the owner) was great from start to finish. He was very easily reached by email and maintained excellent communication. This works well for me as i am not always able to talk on the phone. The day we initially scheduled work it ended up raining. Michael promptly contacted me and we selected an alternative day with out any hassles. Michael and his team arrived early and completed the job in just few hours. They were very friendly, professional and answered all our question before and after the work was done. We would highly recommend Michael and his team to others looking for fair price and professional job!!!

    Replaced Caulking on Windows & Doors

    I hired Gold Seal Caulking to replace the caulking on the windows and doors on our home. They were very professional and efficient and completed the job within the day. You could quickly tell by the quality of their work that they are really good and professionals at what they do. Highly recommend Michael and his team to perform caulking replacement.
