Absolutely perfect
Just had new quartz kitchen counters installed, they are beautiful! The service from Natallia, Sergei and the installers was top notch...knowledgable, professional, on time! Get decor advice on colour choice. The installation is flawless and the price was extremely competitive. We are getting our current home ready for sale and we will definitely use Rockstella again in our new home. Completely satisfied all around!

Excellent service and superior value !
The customer experience was exceptional, the product selection terrific, the installation prompt, and the cost far lower than any competitors. Everything promised was delivered and more. We recommend Rockstella unconditionally !

A Beautiful Job Done On A Condo Kitchen
What started as fixing the faucet escalated to replacing the sink which then progressed to new counters and now a new backsplash! With just a little over 30 square feet of counters in our condo we still wanted quality materials and workmanship. I remembered Rockstella from a previous visit when we were having our lake house kitchen marble replaced with Caesarstone. Rockstella didn't do that job for us (too far away) but I remembered liking the woman with whom I spoke that time and stopped in a couple of weeks ago. Natallia, delightful as ever, came up with several quartz suggestions according to our wants and my wife and I chose one. Natallia had our kitchen templated within three days and the new counters were in within the week! We like the finished counters even more than the sample on which we based the order. The installers arrived promptly on the appointed morning, didn't so much as leave a fingerprint. They spent as much time cleaning up as they did installing! Very considerate gentlemen and friendly. Highly recommended based on all of the staff we dealt with and the excellent resulting work. We would definitely use Rockstella again.

Countertop
At the Rockstella Stonery Inc Store, Natalia's gentle voice and bright smile felt mesmerizing, like a spell. But Natalia is no witch. She is a beautiful woman with a beautiful mind who will leave you in awe with her knowledge on quartz and granite, her deftness at searching the internet for prompt replies to our awkward queries and her efficiency at coordinating the installation of our kitchen countertop and sink. Due to the compact size of our kitchen, the installation of the countertop presented a big unexpected challenge but the two skilled gentlemen installing it were cool, calm and carried out an amazing job. We feel very proud of our first granite sink and we love our quartz countertop with its tiny sparking flakes and catch the eye and allure you………...

Kitchen Caesarstone
What a great company to deal with. We happened across the company through Homestars and the great reviews. We went to the showroom in Mississauga and almost turned around because we thought we were in the wrong place. The shop is very small in the back of a plaza in Mississauga. But we went in. So glad we did! Natalia greeted us right away and spoke with us about our plans for an hour or more. She worked through our plans and gave us a quote that they stuck by. After we decided to proceed Sergei came and templated within the week. He was thorough with his measurements and detailed how the next steps would work. He answered all our questions and gave us tips on how to protect our newly renovated kitchen. A team of 2 came a couple weeks later to install the counters. They were there all day, and never stopped working. Did the eat? I don't even know. They finished the installation later in the evening, and cleaned the entire kitchen and the new countertops. Left them gleaming. We will hire them again and again. I suggest you do too.

Renovation of basement kitchen/bar and multiple bathrooms
Owing to a flood nearly 3 years ago, we were forced to completely renovate our basement. However, as our home is 40 years old, we also took the opportunity to renovate our bathrooms and kitchens. Just completed phase one and are pleased to recommend Rockstella for countertops which are original, high quality, and classy. Working with Nataliya and her staff was very pleasant - lots of attention to detail, tastes and needs, and getting the best quality for the best price. The choice of stone was far better than the many other places we investigated, and the service much more personal. And the installers were professional, thoughtful and conscientious. Looking forward to phase two!

Kitchen countertops
We had been shopping around for Quartz countertops for our kitchen at a number of places from homestars and the big box stores. We decided to give Rockstella a visit as they were quick to respond, had a very competitive quote and gave us a number of options for Quartz. Natallia was very helpful, explained different options and never tried to upsell us like some other retailers. They were able to get out the measurements and installation quickly after we ordered. Also we have quite a large angled kitchen island which most retailers said would need to have a seam. Natallia was very honest and said it will depend on the cut of the slab they receive. In the end we were pleasantly surprised as we were informed we would receive a single piece for the island with no seam. (It must have weighed around 400 lbs and took 3 guys to bring it in, resting in between) Installation was quick but thorough and the guys were very professional and friendly. The countertops look amazing. When we decide to get countertops for our bathrooms we will go back to Rockstella.

countertop installation
You will not be disappointed if you choose this company for your countertop design and installation. Don't be fooled by the small showroom - the owner/manager will give you her undivided attention, advice, and will demonstrate a wide variety of products for the best prices. All the appointments - measurement, installation - were carried out punctually and professionally. The quality of work was outstanding.

Quartz counters in Kitchen & Powder room
I have used Rockstella twice. Once for my previous home in Streetsville to get it ready for sale. The quartz counter tops were certainly a selling feature! When I bought a new home in Burlington it was Rockstella I turned to again for my kitchen and powder room. I didn't bother with quotes from other companies as I was already happy with Rockstella's service and installation. The result is beautiful Caesarstone quartz counters installed within about 2 weeks from ordering that have made our kitchen magazine ready!! I highly recommend Rockstella...you won't be disappointed!

Kitchen countertop
