Kitchen Renovation
We saw reviews on Homestars and went to Rockstella. Natallia was extremely helpful and provided us the best guidance. We realized that they offered the best value for quality granite counter top services. Sergey and his team did a superb installation job. The finish was immaculate and the turn around was just 9 business days! We would recommend Rockstella to anyone who is looking at kitchen renovation for the best service and value for money. Thank you Natallia and Sergey for a marvelous, memorable experience!

Kitchenette counters and laundry room counters
Called Rockstella in late 2012 seeking budgetary quotes. They were very responsive with getting back on budgets. Once our project was nearing closer to completion they came out promptly to measure. Pricing was consistent, they were very helpful with suggestions. We even had a last minute piece of granite that needed to be cut and delivered in a couple of days. Rockstella went out of their way to get that piece and deliver for us.

Quartz Countertops and Under-Mounted Sink
I visited several other natural stone countertop companies before deciding to hire Rockstella to supply and install new countertops in the kitchen of our condo. Natallia was professional, helpful, and immediately made me want to deal with her on my first visit. She was able to give me valuable information and advice as well as prices on the different materials within minutes while I was in their showroom. She also answered all of my emails (and there were many of them!) very quickly, which I was really impressed with. We ended up choosing “Atlantic Salt” by Caesarstone, and we had Rockstella supply and install a Castle Bay under-mounted sink as well. Rockstella’s prices were the best of all of the companies I visited. The countertops were ready to be installed just over a week after they measured, which actually ended up being too quick for us, so they were able to work with our schedule for installation. I was not present during the installation, but my boyfriend was extremely impressed with the punctuality, speed, cleanliness, accuracy and the evident experience of Sergey and his partner. The installation took approximately 1.5 hours. They also protected the area, drilled holes for the new faucet and soap dispenser, installed the sink, and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves in this time. The results are absolutely amazing. The counters are cut perfectly, and the material is gorgeous. My expectations for the customer service and for the final product were exceeded and the kitchen looks incredable. I would go out of my way to recommend Rockstella to anyone and would definitely use them again in our condo. Thanks Natallia and Sergey!! Great job!!

Kitchen countertops
Natalia and her folks were great, answered all my questions, showed up on time and did the job as quoted. Fast and courteous, cleaned up and overall very professional. Would use them again for another project or recommend to others.

Bathroom Vanity
I contacted Natallia by phone looking for a particular piece of quartz that i really liked and she just happened to have a slab that would work for my vanity. I went her place and we figured out all the measurements and style I liked. Once it was install the counter look amazing. Great job form her and her crew for cutting it and finishing off the edges with the profile. Just want to thank you again and when it's time for the other bathroom reno I will definately come and see you for another counter.

Granite Counter, Granite Sink, Blanco Biscuit Faucett
President Natallia patiently helped with awesome seamless bevelled edges, upscale sink and faucett, Sergei was punctual and right-on recommending undermount sink. Natallia sent me to pick-out my actual slab of Granite that would be utilized and that was a great idea as when I saw different slabs firsthand I changed to higher level granite with a natural rock pattern I liked much better. Outstanding job on the precision of fabrication to new sink and edges. Alignment slightly off as builder Monarch originally installed L- shaped counter with 87, not 90 degree angle and faucett hole.drilled slightly off-centre by fabricator. One competitor was $50 more, another $400 more and one was $900 more; therein, concluding that while not as large as some operations they very professional as in leveling of 2 counters and for the perfect match and mixing the glue between the 2 counters to match 100% with the counter. Natallia had books with many sink options and faucett options and ensured I selected the ideal accessories. Why pay more elsewhere?

Granite counter install
Rockstella was very helpful in selection of the granite/sink and faucet. The install was fast clean and professional (they removed shoes, put a 'tarp' down in the kitchen area), and then gave me pointers on how to take care of the granite. Good job. Natallia was a big help in the very long time that it took us to decide out plan and granite choice. I would highly recommend Rockstella.

Quartz countertop
I would highly recommend that you waste no time and visit Rockstella. Natallia is knowledgable and very understanding and was there to address any of my concerns with quick responses to my emails. She came through with the best quote overall. The installation was very quick and very clean. My kitchen is beautiful. Thank you Natallia and Sergey

Kitchen reno
Natallia helped me out when IKEA took way too long to deliver my countertop. (3 months) She took the time to listen to my situation and give me the best price possible while matching exactly what I had ordered from IKEA. She was always available and quick to respond to my emails. Rockstella has a ridiculous amount of choices. I had a home visit with a binder full of choices and when I couldn't make up my mind I came into their store location and they had more to choose from. Natallia was super patient. Our beautiful countertop was delivered and installed in exactly 2 weeks which was promised. It didn't take any longer than an hour. She was even able to beat IKEA's price and give me a way nicer under mounted sink. She even sent a lovely Christmas card. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Rockstella Stonery to my family & friends. I will definitely use them again when its time to renovate my bathroom.

Quartz Counter top
Would not hesitate to recommend Rockstella. They have the rare combination of quality, price and customer service for their counter tops. Counter top fabricated and installed in a little over a week. Our kitchen is now beautifully complete!
