After dealing with years of efflorescence on our brick basement walls from leaking we decided it was time to fix our foundation before it was too late. After asking around the neighbourhood and hearing nothing but good things about Aquatech, we called them. Their quote wasn't the cheapest, compared to some others, but we knew that reputation was worth the little bit more. Nico provided us a detailed quote on wrapping the foundation, and adding a sump pump. And, despite us waiting a year to do the job, our original quote was still honored.
From day one of the job start until the last, Terry and his team (kudos to Yano for all his hard work!) were on time every single day. Their professionalism while on site was impeccable. They left the site clean and tidy every day, and patiently answered all of our questions along the way. As we watched the original job of wrapping the exterior of the home, we were so impressed with the work, we decided to add a number of other jobs. We included an installation of a backflow valve, all new interior drains and sewer, a basement bathroom rough-in, and a new concrete floor (replacing our old rat slab).
We are very pleased with the job, the price, and our total experience with Aquatech. We will gladly recommend them to anyone, and in fact, we've already done so to many neighbours.
