In my initial meeting with Terry, all my questions and concerns about waterproofing were answered and each step of the process was thoroughly explained and supported with photos. Terry responded to calls and messages quickly and any concerns that came up were addressed promptly. Both exterior and interior waterproofing was completed in a day and crew did their best to replace the landscaping to its original state as well as leave the basement interior in as clean a shape as possible.
