Andrew's crew was the most professional construction team I have ever dealt with.FAIR, polite, punctual, CLEAN, hard working...! Outstanding experience. Andriy and his team were fast and efficient! We needed the foundation of our property waterproofed immediately as water was leaking into the basement. Andriy arrived promptly and gave me a fair and reasonable quote. He explained everything so that I understood what exactly needed to be done and why. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had Aqua tech in two weeks ago to replace 20 feet of a weeping tile pipe which was not in working condition at least that's what I was told by an inspector. Overall guys did a very good job was most impressed by their clean up Thank you Andrew for the job well done

Last year I decided to change all my windows because they were getting really old, and one of the things that I was told is that I needed a window well installed on one of mine basement windows. Aqua tech was recommended by a friend, and I can't ask for a better service, the whole team was a pleasure to deal with especially Nick who always kept me informed about the project. I had a water leak in a basement and called few companies for free estimate. I was impressed with very good customer service in Aqua Tech Waterproofing. They did not mind to drive to Newmarket. Andrew went above and beyond explaining all details to me (with no knowledge on this issue) on how and what must be done. I trusted Andrew and I was not disappointed. Despited the distance, they came on time, did a wonderful job on my property and left it even in a better condition then before (they replanted the bushes). I am 100% sutisfied. Having been badly burnt by a sloppy job by another company, it was refreshing to work with Andrew and his crew. They arrived promptly in the morning and went above and beyond their job. Aquatech was able to not only clean up the mess caused by the leak, but they also fixed the crack in my foundation so it would not happen again. They also did a free inspection to ensure that there were no other problems with my foundation that could cause problems for me in the future. It is nice to have the piece of mind knowing that when the sprig thaw comes I will not have to worry about my foundation sprouting another leak. I seen they had excellent reviews and a 25-year warranty, which caught my attention. Nick came right over and gave a free estimate and explained in detail what was happening with my basement, since I had no idea what was going on and I was in a panic. I asked many questions and Nick took his time explaining my options and the pros and cons of each, and spent an hour of his time answering my million questions. He was very patient, honest and helpful, and I didn't feel pressured at all. He and came bright and early the next morning and he finished the job very quickly and my basement is dryer than ever! I forgot they were even there and almost fell asleep with my two-year old when I was putting him down for his nap!
