I had a leaky basement problem after looking around and getting few estimates I decided to go with aquatech they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. would definitely use them again.

Called AquaPlum. when found a leak in my basement. They did a great job. No complains at all: great team, great service, job done on time. Definitely would and will recommend them.

Our house is located downhill and after rain or snowfall the water always gathers. A few month ago my naighbour was getting her waterproofing done with Aqua Tech. When i gave him go ahead his crew arived half an hour later.They fixed my wet wall the same day.This company has worked fast clean and gave me the relife that i was waiting for some time. Last month I noticed a lot of puddles in my basement. I traced the source to the cracks on the basement walls. I immediately told my husband to call a plumbing company. He called Aqua Tech Plumbing because they have complementary consultation plus very affordable prices. They came in the same day and examined our basement. We waterproofed our basement as soon as we moved to our house almost 15 years ago and we had no any problems with that system till winter 2011. Firstly our tenants started to complain about exessive moisture plus wet walls and finally we got flooded basement in the beginning of July. My husband and me was shopping around and calling several waterproofing companies and end up with Aquatech crew. Their customer service was excellent. They scheduled our appointment the same day and their van arrived to our door right on time. arrived right on time. The guy named Andy checked carefully the each wall inside and outside the basement where the water could have come as well as inspected the lot to reveal any other possible issues. Than he provided complete estimate which was a bit lower than the rough quotes of other companies, so we decided to hire Aqua Tech. Next day Andy and his crew showed up and started waterproofing. My husband observed their work and was very happy with their attention to details and hardworking. We can definately give them 10+ points as we are very satisfied with the results.

Called Aqua Tech to get rid of my clogged sewer. Their plumbers showed up right on time to inspect the sewer and find the problem. They put a very small video camera inside, and soon discovered a lot of tree roots with some waste on them. They explained me all methods of root removal and told me the simple mechanical cleaning would not solve the problem, the roots would grow back sooner or later. So they first they did mechanical removal using a sewer auger with rotating spiral head and advised to buy chemicals in Canadian Tire to kill the roots completely. I liked their attention to details and their manner to explain the process and can definitely recommend Aqua Tech to everybody.
