Called PC Shutters and Ken was able to drop by the following day. He talked me through all of the different options and answered all of my questions and no sales pressure. Quote was well below two other reputable companies and given my comfort level with Ken I placed my order. He was able to set up installation in two weeks time. Installer (Cole?) showed up on time, was quick and left the work area clean. Everything looks fantastic and I would use them again in future.

Ken took us through the options and gave us a quote. We requested a change before installation and they were able to make it happen. The installation was quick and professional. No extra costs. Very happy with the end product and service. Would recommend these guys for sure.

I had shutters done in August, 2015. It has been thru 2 winters and still good. It is an 1800 sq ft two story house. All windows except bathroom and patio door. Originally we wanted vinyl. PC Shutters pushed the wooden shutters. We went with wooden. They were the same price as vinyl in 2015 (pricing for vinyl changes with crude oil prices). If doing it over we would go vinyl - found out afterwards that wood shutters require slightly more maintenance than vinyl. They are not rock bottom cheapest, more middle. Comes with great reviews from various local Toronto forums. Here is my experience: - answered the phone or returned the call quickly - came on time for quote appointment - came on time for installation appointment - proper one-day installation - in a previous house another vendor had to come back multiple times - had an issue with one shutter in the winter, they answered the phone and sent someone right away to correct the issue - I would recommend them and would use them again

Ken and his team did a great job for the California Shutters installed on our Bay Window. Ken was very professional in his price estimate and the delivery and installation was exactly as initially quoted. In this business where there are all kinds of charlatans passing off as handyman and installers, Ken's Premium Custom Shutters stands out as an great company ! We consider ourselves as "hard nosed customers" and Ken met our high standards threshold easily ! We will definitely recommend this company to our friends.

Ken and his staff were a pleasure to work with. Ken arrived ontime for the quotation, 2 weeks later his crew also arrived onetime for the installation. We choose the wood 3.5" louvers are really happy with the quality, turn around time. We really got our money's worth.

We had our shutters installed over 2 years ago, and they still look fantastic. They are easy to maintain and very durable. The colour has not faded and there is no chipping. Great product! Customer service is also excellent. We had a shutter break and they were here within the week to repair it!

I didn't think we could afford shutters but we did 4 windows including a bay window with transoms for $1300. Ken is a good guy to do business with and the installers did a great job. In fact we just had the shutters installed today and I'm planning on calling Ken tomorrow to order more for upstairs because our house looks amazing!
