After calling the top 5 best rated on homestars for a quote, I decided to go with Premium Custom Shutters because they gave me the best price. Very prompt and professional service. The shutters look great! Extremely pleased. Once I have the budget to do the rest of the house, I will definitely be calling them again. Highly recommend.

I called Premium Custom Shutters after reviewing their Homestars profile and checking out their website. Ken came over and provided me and my husband with a no pressure quote and great advice to help us with our decision. Five days later we called Ken back to confirm we wanted to go ahead with the order and he came back to do a final measure. Approx. 3 weeks later the installers arrived on time and installed shutters for 23 windows in about 3 hours. Ken also came by to assist with the install and did a walk through with us to ensure that everything was exactly the way we wanted it. He also gave us some additional tips on use and maintenance. Ken and his team were polite, friendly, efficient, professional and to date this is one of best companies we've ever worked with when it comes to our home. In addition to excellent service the price was unbeatable. We never make it a point to always go for the lowest price because sometimes you get what you pay for, but in this case we got everything we could ask for and then some. For 23 windows we saved a bundle over what the competitor was asking. I would recommend Premium Custom Shutters to friends and family.

I got shutters for 2 windows for my room, it looks brilliant and brightens the room. The wood shutters are high quality, I like the paint quality - glossy white eggshell? I would recommend this to my friends.

I was referred to PCS by a friend. Nano, Ken and the crew was very professional and extremely helpful in explaining everything to us. On the installation day, they actually rescheduled their work to accomodate my request to finish early. The entire house, with 30 windows, was done within 2 hours. Nano was extremely helpful and knowledgable of their product. From there we arranged an appointment for an in home consultation with Nano of PC Shutters. Nano was very accommodating with our schedule and again extremely helpful during consultation. He measured our windows and set an installation date. Within a week we had our shutters installed by PC Shutters excellent installation crew and have been happy with our shutters since. We have had them now for 4 months and are very happy with the pricing, the look, the construction and the quality of their product. We have referred PC Shutters to our friends and neighbours and will refer them to more people in the future as well.

Shutters were installed on 16 windows in our new home! We absolutely love them! Ken worked with us to match the color of the shutters to our trim color which was perfect! He was very helpful and professional thru the whole process. Nano and his helper who did the installation were efficient and did a great job! We would highly recommend them!!!

I came across this shutter company from this site, homestars. I called 10 highest rating for a shutter quote. From all of the estimate given, PC shutters bid was the most attractive. I am happy with their product and service and would recommend them to my friends.

I ordered parts to assemble my own "DYI" shutters for my basement windows from them. They cut & paint the the parts as per my request. I just finished installing it on my windows, it looks great.
