We decided to go with shutters for our new home this time around and we were doing a lot of research and obtained a lot of quotes. PC Shutters were by far the best value for the money. Their wood shutters definitely make our look nice. The installation only took about half a day and they did an amazing job with the install. We moved into our house 11 years ago, we didn't have the budget for proper window covering when we first moved in. We have always thought having wood shutters would be too much for us hence the delays. Recently we decided to remove the cheap blinds around the house after a minor accident involving our only son. We decided that it is time for an upgrade. We saw a lawn sign from PCShutters on our neighbor's lawn and gave them a call for a quote. We were happy with the pricing Ken gave us and we just had the shutters installed yesterday. It is perfect timing for our upcoming Christmas dinner with our friends and relatives. I am so glad my sister-in-law told me about this company. They are awesome! very professional and pleasant to deal with. We have a corner lot with a many windows and a HUGE patio door. I didn't think it was possible to install a shutter there but they did it! These shutters look fantastic! We get many compliments from our friends and families at our house-warming party! I came across Premium Custom Shutters while looking for a window covering solution for our new house on a deal bargaining community forum, RFD. And I am glad that I did. A lot of their former customers spoke highly of PCShutters on that forum. I decided to google them and found this review/rating website with their customers' positive experience reviews. I gave them a call a couple of weeks ago for a quote. They came to our house at our convenience time (8pm) and gave us a fairly attractive quote. We made our deposit on the day of and got our shutters installed last Saturday. The shutters are more beautiful than we expected. We love how it is so easy to open and clean. It is a great addition to our new home. I hope others find my review as useful as I did of those who wrote the reviews before me. I truly appreciate the service that Homestars have put together here. Well, I can say anything bad about these two guys. K and N did an awesome job and my wife is estatic!! She is super excited to host out holiday dinner this year. As for myself, whatever makes her happy will make me happy. K and N taught me a lot with the care for the shutters and these guys were very professional with every aspect of their work. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for PREMIUM work for a very competitive price.

We already have shutters on the main floor and thought we wanted to finish the second floor window covering with shutters as well. We are not very happy about the workmanship from the company that did our main floor and decided to look for another company. Ken from PCShutters came to us highly recommended by a family friend. I called them up two weeks ago and got an estimate. It was almost half the price I paid for my main floor shutters. Ken and his worker installed the shutters on my second floor yesterday and we would highly recommend PCS. They were fast and efficient installing the shutters. They even fixed the two shutters on my main floor (it doesn't close properly). Thank you PCS!

ken came to our home, punctual and informative. gave us his best price, did not upsell or push the sale. on the day of, he and a worker came and installed the blinds in a few hours. they were courteous, professional and offered competitive pricing.

I work at the Hospital with rotation shifts, I often have to work night shifts and sleep during the day. My bedroom is on top of a garage with a bow window facing East, I love the view/light it has to offer (when I am not trying to sleep). But on those days that I need to sleep during the day, the sun is just unbearable. I had blind and draperies, but my room still heat up like an oven and the sun shining in is just too much. A friend of mine told me to look into Shutters and recommended Premium Custom Shutters. I gave them a call and they came to my house the next day to measure my window. They came back 2 days later to install it for me (they even help me get rid of my old blinds - if you live in a Toronto residential neighborhood, you know how painful it is to dispose over-sized trash - so I am very grateful for that). I have these shutters for more than a week now and it is wonderful! I can feel significant differences in temperature in my room during the day - especially in the past few days with the heatwave in Toronto. More importantly, it help block the sunlight so I can sleep during the day, that is PRICELESS for me! I highly recommend these guys at Premium Custom Shutters for their service and shutters.
