Satisfied customer
It appears that I am one of PC Shutters' happy customer. Like many other reviewers here, my experience with PC Shutters was good. They were on-time for their estimate, final measurement and installation dates. They are professional, well manner, respectful to both me and my new home - taking off their shoes, clean up after themselves etc. I am happy with both their service and product. My window have never look better. Shutters are just the best window treatment in my opinion. I definitely recommend PC Shutters to anybody looking for shutters.

30 shutters
We decided to use Premium Custom Shutters because we felt that your presentation, your expertise of the product, as well as what we would get for the money was superior to the other companies to whom we had spoken. You spent a great deal of time educating us on what you felt would be our best choice of materials, design and installation options. The shutters are exactly what we anticipated and they fit with precision. We are now certain that we have made the right decision to go with PC Shutters. Thank you

What a difference!
I can't say enough about the quality of your work. Ken was far and above the most knowledgeable and forthright person I spoke to, including many of your competitors. He helped me pick out colors and door styles that really made everything work. He showed me how the sliding door shutters could keep my hallway clear and that made a positive difference. Then, the men showed up with the shutters and they are gorgeous. Everyone was polite, professional and really knew their work. The men cleaned up after themselves and were done within a few hours. They even spent time with us explaining the light strip. This was the best home improvement project we've ever made.

The shutters have dramatically transformed our rooms!
In looking for a shutter company, I found Premium Custom Shutters on Homestars. Selecting contractors on the internet is nerve-wracking. Nano responded to my initial call very promptly and came by for a quote on a same day. My husband and I are very pleased with the results. The shutters are gorgeous. They have changed the whole look of our home – my house seems bigger/brighter now!

Shutters for the entire house
We were highly recommended to Ken by our friends. He was very experienced and dedicated a lot of time assisting us with a great selection of window coverings. Ken guide us through the entire process of shutters shopping from my own home. We would definitely recommend Premium Custom Shutters to friends and family. Great price, service and experience.

Beautiful shutters
The products and services provided by Premium Custom Shutters are nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL. I can't speak highly enough of Ken and his installation team. I have had two homes fitted with high-quality, beautiful California Shutters - and have recommended his services to many fully-satisfied family members, friends, and neighbours. We wouldn't purchase window coverings from anyone else. Many thanks to Ken for his professionalism, customer service, and BEAUTIFUL product!

Solid wood shutters installed at my parents' house
I would like to thank Ken & Nano for a very professional job that that was completed on time and on budget. They were very fast and reliable on getting the job done, we will recommended Premium Custom Shutters to any of our family and friends. I look forward have the shutters installed at my own house in a few months.

Great Experience with Premium Custom Shutters!
We found very positive reviews for Premium Custom Shutters and decided to contact them for an in-home estimate. Both Ken and Nano arrived at our home with samples and answered all our questions. Once the measurements were done, we received a competitive quote. We then short-listed vendors and put Premium Custom Shutters on the top as their customer service and professionalism was unsurpassed in our experience. Ken and Nano were extremely polite, patient and personable. We received prompt communications and answers to our questions throughout. On installation day, Ken and Nano arrived on time (in fact a few mins early), and expertly installed the new shutters. Both my wife and I absolutely love our new shutters, and our neighbours and friends are also going to be contacting Premium Custom Shutters. End to end, it was a great experience, and we highly recommend Premium Custom Shutters.

Shutters on Patio door and four windows
I just recently got my shutters installed by PC Shutters. The shutters look wonderful, the fit and finish is excellent. They have been great to answer my queries and their customer service is top notch. They were extremely helpful and took the measurements for the windows during construction so that the shutters could get installed as soon as the house closed. They are very courteous, and are not satisfied unless the end result is 100% and better than what their customer's expectations may be. They take pride in their work. I highly recommend PC Shutters, it has been a pleasure and a fantastic experience getting the shutters installed by them.

Shutters
Contacted PCShutters after reading great reviews from RFD, easy communications, excellent quality shutters and service. Very reasonable pricing as well. If you are looking to install shutters, make sure you call Ken & Nano!
