    Great service

    Great service. George showed up on time, very thoughtful around drilling when my kiddo was awake and offered some good options like a low flow regular and replacing the drain tube when he saw it was malfunctioning. This was a great water filter install, would recommend George to anyone.

    water filter and softerner install

    Watermart has such a long history of excellent reviews online and this is why I chose to try their services. From first contact with Donna in 2019, she's been so responsive with answering my questions and even though I didn't make the purchase until 2 years later, she was equally responsive and patient going through all the details again with me. As for the actual install, Ken was the technician and the entire experience was very smooth and easy. Firstly, Ken arrives promptly at the time scheduled and was very cordial and friendly and kept to all safety measures of social distancing and masking. He was very organized and tidy and able to answer all of my questions in a courteous and patient manner. He went through the install process, gave me plenty of warning for any water shut off and there was zero inconvenience to us as a family. I felt the entire process was worry free and I felt very comfortable with asking questions. I felt he was very trustworthy and was reassured of my purchase.

    Water softner and flow valve installed

    Our technician Samir did an excellent job, he arrived on time was very polite and accommodating, completed the job in a timely manner. Donna the customer representative was a pleasure to deal with from initial contact to follow up customer satisfaction call

    Pentair 3 stage Water Filtration system

    We had the 1 year service and replacement of filters for the Pentair 3 stage Water Filtration system. George, our technician was wonderful in explaining what each filter does and really made an otherwise boring service call in to a very homely interaction. During these COVID times with physical and social distancing being the norm, this friendly visit from George was very much appreciated. Thank you George and Watermart for being the best!

    Watermart is Reliable

    I had installed an under the counter, water-filtration system a few years ago. Watermart made the installation after I had independently determined that I wanted such a system. The water filters need to be replaced every 6 months or so, depending on use. There is an audible beep that happens when the filter needs changing. Watermart usually anticipates this requirement by routinely checking in semi-annually. They coordinate the service call at a convenient time and the same service-man, George, has performed the job each time. George is very cordial, respectful and efficient, wasting no time when he does the job. I highly recommend Watermart.

    Water filtration system for kitchen

    I can’t say enough about this company and the system itself. WaterMart and their techs are amazing - very courteous and professional and know their stuff. We have noticed a huge change in the taste of our water since installing the system and everyone is definitely drinking more water because of it. No more bulky Brita filters in our fridge. Love it and fully recommend WaterMart to anyone considering installing a water filter system.

    All filters, except membrane, were changed and the system was sanitized by Zia. Zia was efficient, pleasant and clear in explaining. Mike(in your office) was also extremely helpful in walking me through your website and helping me with reporting.

    Water filtration/softener installation

    Great service from the initial phone call to post installation, pricing was very competitive, and an overall pleasurable experience. Can't comment to much on the effectiveness of the system yet as it was installed a day ago, but I'm sure it will be fine. As a small business owner myself, I know how hard it is to run a company smoothly, but well done Watermart!!!

    Service Aquareal Water Treatment equipment

    We were very happy with Zia from Watermart. Would certainly use him again next year for our yearly check up. The cost was more than the check up as there were items that had been left out with the original installation. Normally the cost is half the amount paid 2021.

    Highly recommended Watermart

    Watermart just did my 2021 filter change and did a great job for me again this year. They gave me a call to remind me I was due for service, were on time, their technician had a face mask on when he arrived, and also used surgical gloves and food-grade peroxide to make sure my system was cleaned and sterilized. The technician was also a friendly guy and very professional. Highly recommended.
