    Do not keep long term business with Watermart

    After over 20 years of using this company, the owner insulted me saying I am arguing over a few dollars and did not help us fixing our problem. Even told me to find somebody else! Very arrogant and ungrateful owner!

Throughout 23 years of dealing with you personally (as you'll recall, I actually installed your system myself), every phone call (and there have been several related to every service) has been about how we are not offering good service and how, given that you have been with us for so long, we are not giving adequate discounts (despite consistently offering you deep discounts). Our last conversations were about how you were going to find someone else to service your system because we are not offering discounts on top of discounts. While I have certainly appreciated your business, the cost of has been too high - not from a financial standpoint - but from the negative energy created. I do thank you for 23 years (it is a rarity and I do appreciate it) and I sincerely wish you the best.

    RO maintenance

    I've been a Watermart customer for approximately 20 years. George and the Watermart team deliver efficient and courteous service each year when our filters need to be changed or upgraded.

    Good customer service

    Was going nuts from the noise their defective system controller was making. Complaints to their voice mail system was an issue but once in the know they did make best efforts to resolve the issue. I understand they are now top of things and am happy.

We just changed our VOIP phone provider and we were actually without a phone at all for almost 3 days (you can be sure I wrote them a negative Google review as well). At that time no one could leave us a message. After I got your email this morning I did some digging and actually found 37 messages that we didn't receive (these were left after our phone had been (supposedly)) fixed. Frankly, I'm surprised that more people haven't written us reviews like yours. I spoke with your son shortly after we spoke and have arranged to go back on Monday and solve the issue once and for all. As I said to you this morning, I certainly make a concerted effort to run a top notch service business. There are many (many) options for peopley out there offered by other companies. For us to survive as a small business we have to offer something exceptional - this has to include both products and service. I'm quite sure that we have always offered good service and advice to you in the past. This has not changed recently. If anything, due to covid, we have had to step up our efforts considerably. Once again, I am very sorry about the lack of response on our side. I will ensure the problem at your home is dealt with for good on Monday. Many thanks for your patience. Dave

    Water filtration system installation

    Watermart has always been a pleasure to deal with. They installed the water filtration system at my old home 6 years ago, I recently moved so I just went to them again for their expertise and excellent customer service. My technician, Ken, showed up right on time, was courteous the entire time, and left the furnace room cleaner than it was. He explained to me the general maintenance needed, and left me no unanswered question. All in all, I would recommend Watermart without any reservation.

    Zia is wonderful.

    Had whole house filter system and lead filter installed by Watermart shortly after City of Toronto repairs on my street made our tap water brown. The system has seemed to work well. I just had an annual filter replacement. Zia was the service person who came. He was wonderful and quick. After I asked about water quality testing, he did a chlorine test before he left. I am still planning to purchase my own water test to make sure the system is getting everything out of the water it is supposed to.

    Water filtration system

    Our under the sink 2 stage system is overly passed due and thanks to advisor it is much more cost efficient to change to the new 3 stage system. Excellent service and even helped up to connect the system to our new fridge. Now we have clean filtered ice and water. Thanks again!

    New Water Softener

    Watermart was absolutely fantastic and so easy to deal with. George did a fantastic job doing his job, and Donna's energy on customer service and helpfulness was so refreshing. Thanks again, will use for my new home in the coming months.

    Amazing service!

    Watermart installed the under-the-sink water filtration system (that we purchased elsewhere) and recently serviced it (changed the filters). I have nothing but amazing things to say about the level of service they provided. The booking was very quick, and they could accommodate my schedule. Both the installation and later the filter change were very quick too (just under an hour), and we had no issues at all. Thanks for doing such a great job!

    Amazing customer service

    We just had a whole home water softening system installed and the experience was phenomenal. Samir was incredible - polite, competent, respectful of Covid precautions, and thorough. When we weren't sure the system was working properly he came back a week later to double check everything and retest the water. Turns out it was working, they just used a new tank that makes it harder to "see" it working. Amazing service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new water system.

    Great product, excellent service

    Very happy to have this reverse osmosis water system installed in my kitchen. The water quality is excellent and the faucet addition is sleek, modern and fits well with the rest of the look. Thank you!
