    Water Filters

    Zia arrived today to change the filters in my water filtration system. He was very respectful and friendly and did a great job. Thank you Zia and WaterMart for helping to keep me and my family healthy with clean water

    Amazing service and job well done!

    I shopped for a new water softener and contacted Watermart for a quote. Dave, the owner, called me and provided me with valuable information on their products with no pressure to purchase. I was given a quote and I continued making some inquiries. Watermart follow-up having Donna calling me and I was offered a discount should I decided to do business with them. Again, all this was done in a courteous manner with no pressure. Watermart made the effort to offer me a good discount and that convinced me to give them my business. Install was done by George who was very friendly, easy going, and very professional. The work was well done and it was a smooth experience. Donna follow-up with me the next day to provide the warranty and manuals and also to check if all was to my satisfaction. This company is very professional and their customer service is outstanding. I recommend them to anyone!

    Water softener and filtration system

    Kenny is a very knowledgeable technician. Show up on time. Everything is set up smoothly and prefect. Kenny also explained the maintenance procedure clearly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommended the service from Watermart.

    Thank you!

    Our water filtration system hadn't been used for a few months because of COVID closures, so we were excited to have received a call for service! Zia came in, knew exactly where to go, and left us with clear instructions on how to complete the service process before using and drinking the water. Thank you, Zia!

    Most amazing experience and quality product

    Zia was my under sink water filtration system installer with Watermart. He was so incredibly courteous, kind and respectful. This was one of my greatest contractor experiences in my home and I suggest anyone looking for a water filtration system use Watermart.

    Installation of under-sink water filtration

    Excellent service in selecting a system to filter water and a quick efficient installation. We appreciate the help with getting this done for our new home as we wanted to ensure we had safe clean water for our kids. I would highly recommend Watermart!

    Water filter installation and yearly maintenance

    I have been a Water Mart customer for over 2 years. Their service has been excellent. The system works very well. They are always on time reminding us and coming out for yearly maintenance. I have been very satisfied with their service.

    Filter change

    The technician arrived with the time frame specified at the time of scheduling the appointment. Ken was polite and took the time to answer a couple of questions. He went over what I needed to do once the service was completed and gave me the card to follow. The next day I expected a copy of the invoice but since I did not receive it I phoned and Alison was pleased to assist me in this manner as well as my method of payment in receiving a copy. She was patience and friendly and willing to do whatever I needed. Thank you WaterMart for excellent service at both ends.

    Replacement of R.O. filters

    Last week George came by to change our RO filters and he was just amazing. First off he was punctual which is always great and George made sure to follow all health and safety guidelines (mask, social distancing etc.) which was greatly appreciated. He was extremely friendly and even fixed my tap that was spitting water instead of a smooth flow. Thanks George for being so awesome!!

    Reverse Osmosis water filter installation

    I purchased a reverse osmosis water filter over the phone from watermart. Zia came and installed it a week later. He was awesome - efficient, tidy and very knowledgeable. A few days later, the filter was still making a gurgling noise so I called the office and they sent Zia out again right away. He fixed the problem within half an hour and it’s been perfect ever since. There was no charge for the second visit. I would definitely use watermark again if I ever need another water filter. I love our reverse osmosis filter.
