    Filter maintenance and faucet replacement

    The service was quick and efficient. The technician, Samir, was very professional, courteous and followed all protocols for Covid prevention (I.e. mask, gloves, distancing). Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this company.

    Water system filter servicing

    I have used Watermart for years. They installed my system and I have had them service my system since then. I have always been completely satisfied with their service technicians and on this occasion "George" was again totally professional. He was on time and was wearing the appropriate PPE implements and completed the service quickly and efficiently. He also noted that a valve that was leaking slightly and he replaced to avoid any further issues. Thanks George.

    Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration Installation

    I have contacted WaterMart for a water filtration system installation, as I had a water softener system installed a few years ago and was happy with the service. From the very beginning Donna-Marie walked me through all the options and pricings and helped with the decision making of what system to pick. Sameer then came to install the system, which included drilling through the granite counter-top. Everything was done within two hours as promised. Everything was clean and Sameer came in with all the cleanliness protections in place. It has been a week now and we are extremely happy with the RO system.

    Water filtration system maintenance

    George did a very good job of identifying the problem with my water filtration system and fixed the problem immediately. He spent the time to educate me on the problem and the resolution. Watermark has very good customer service which I have experienced during the purchase, installation and maintenance of my water filtration system.

    Water Purification

    I have been a Watermart customer for over 30 years. They are the most reliable, courteous business I have ever dealt with. You can tell how well run the company is by the way they are always on time, always provide you with a checklist of work done and written instructions following their service. All of the technicians know their job well and leave the area clean and tidy. Watermart truly stands out as the best business I have worked with.

    Water Softener Installation

    I chose Watermart because Donna was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The quote I received was extremely reasonable. The installer (Samir) arrived on time. He was very courteous and polite. The work was clean and very professional. He explained everything he was going to do before he did it. He tested our water before the unit was turned on and then after to demonstrate that everything was working well. I would highly recommend Watermart if you are looking for a great company to install your water softener. Thanks again Donna and Samir!

    Very professional and courteous staff

    Amazing customer service. Donna on the phone was very friendly, answered all my questions and gave me an exact quote for everything so there were no surprises. Samir the tech was right on time, was very courteous and left the area clean and tidy. The installation itself looks great, everything is very neat. Overall very happy with the price and installation.

    Reverse Osmosis Installation

    We have been customers of WaterMart for 20 years. Unfortunately, our system was long overdue for service--it had been 7 years since we last had a technician visit. We were glad to know that WaterMart was not only still around as a business, but had also grown. This was a testament to the excellence of our most recent experience. Customer service was a pleasure all around from my sales conversations with Donna, who patiently answered every last question I had on my daily calls to her in the week leading up to installation to our technician Kenny who was fast, efficient, and respectful in our home. In the replacement of our old system with new, Kenny capped our old faucet location, but went above and beyond and helped us remove and cap a broken soap dispenser unit on our sink. We very much appreciated this gesture. Thank you for the clean water and service!

    Water filtration system update

    I have used Watermart for the past 13 years for maintenance of our reverse osmosis water system. This year we decided on an update to a new water filtration system, not adding the reverse osmosis component. Kenny, who had done maintenance on our old system, came to do the removal of the old and putting in the new. As always, he arrived on time, finished work within the suggested time. We have always been pleased with Watermart and their technicians. Thank you Kenny!
