    Osmosis system

    We had our osmosis system installed 2 yeats ago with Watermart. I have to say the service was and still is fantastic. Install was fast, tidy, the faucet selection was perfect and the system has worked great.

    Excellent service. Quality product. Highly recommended

    Many thanks to Watermart for another job well done! I am so impressed by all the knowledgeable staff at watermart. I would never remember to change the filter every year but they will call and call to remind you. I was helped by a very pleasant woman on the phone who scheduled me in a one-hour window. Amazingly the technician arrived on time at the beginning of the window! (waited 3 hours the day before for Rogers). The Watermart technician was very friendly, seemed to do a very thorough job and left my kitchen sink spotless. I definitely recommend Watermart!

    Yearly water filter change

    I had the yearly water filter change a few days ago. It is always such a pleasure to deal with Watermart. From the office staff to the technicians, they are charming and professional. I have had them supply our water filters for 20 years and two houses. I highly recommend them and their products.

    Yearly filter change

    Had yearly filter change. Always a pleasure dealing with WaterMart. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians are professional and very competent. Have had RO system and Water Softner installed. High quality products. Definitely would recommend.

    Water Filter Change

    Excellent service. Show up on time , work done well and no mess. Everything explained well. Great Company and fantastic Emplyees This Company installed my water filtration system 3 years ago and service it annually

    Reverse osmosis drinking water system

    My wife recently found out she had elevated levels of heavy metals in her system. This is frightening to hear and the first obvious source would be our drinking water. We had so many questions and Dave the owner called us himself, spoke with us for longer than a half hour, educated and reasured us. He was a fountain of information (pardon the pun) and very patiently talked us through the process. A couple of days later Diana arrived for the installation and she was thoughtful, thorough, tidy and cheerful. She did a fantastic job and we couldn't be happier. We love our new safe drinking water and would absolutely recommend Watermart.

    Hot/cold water dispenser and filter

    Watermart responded to my quote request a little late, but they were able to schedule us quickly. They showed up when they said they would and charged us what they quoted; which was competitive with others. We had purchased the items and were having trouble finding someone to drill the counter and do the plumbing. We didn't have to coordinate a plumber and someone to drill! What a relief! Ken did a great job with the installation! We would call them again and recommend them anytime!

    Maintenance of Reverse Osmosis water system

    I have been a Watermart client since 2006. The Watermart Team has given me consistently good service: Punctual reminders when my drinking water system is due for maintenance, flexible appointment times booked in a 1-hour window and a very pleasant and experienced service technician who is on time - all for a reasonable price. This year was no exception. Diana arrived at my home on time, did a very thorough job and left my kitchen sink area neat and tidy. Thanks so much Watermart Team for another job well done.     Water Softener & RO System

    Dealt with Dave over the phone a couple times before booking. Discussed various needs and got my items quoted and questions answered. In addition to the items discussed, I did a bit of researching on my own to understand what exactly I was purchasing. On the day of installation I believe it was Ken who showed up to my door to do the installation. Before the work was done he quoted me for the upgraded water faucet along with cost to run by-pass lines for garage & backyard hose bibes. I was informed of this before hand so no surprises here. Ken did have to step away from the job to pick up some parts he did not have on hand, not a big deal for me. He communicated that with me. He was able to tuck the by-pass lines nicely in the basement. Under the sink the RO system components were organized fairly well. After installation of items we discussed the various components and reviewed what needed to be done on my end. Received a followup call from the company a day later. All in all it was quite easy to deal with this company from beginning to end.
