    Install water filter system.

    The installer was Ken. He arrived, and left, within the time promised. He was most courteous and gave clear and complete instructions. He did not leave any mess after installation.

    Water filtration

    I've been a Watermart customer for over 10 years/3 different locations and their service has been outstanding. Thank you Scott and the rest of the team for the good work.

    Water filtration system

    Watermart returned by call promptly and came to see me the next day. The service tech Ken was friendly and explained everything to me without the hard sell. I purchased a new system and look forward to being an annual customer!!

    Water filter service and replacement

    It has been a year since we have had our whole home water filter system put in by WaterMart. WaterMart called to set up our annual service which was scheduled with Ron. As with our first experience with WaterMart Ron completed the service call with professionalism, care and extraordinarily great customer service. Ron, Lauren and Katelynn are to be commended we could not be happier with the decision of choosing WaterMart.

    Whole Home Filtration System

    Watermart is an amazing company. At each and every step of the way in selecting a water filtration system the folks at Watermart were the example of incredible customer service. Dave was always prepared to answer our numerous questions and upon installation the great customer service continued. Ron who was the installer of our system which included a Salt-Free Scale prevention system as well as a whole home self-cleaning filtration system and other filter based systems was incredible. He was always punctual and so experienced with various water quality based systems and he too was always patient with our questions during the install. The folks at the front office of Watermart were always willing to accommodate our appointment changes and always pleasant. Thank you Watermart and team for all your assistance. We will also be maintaining a long term relationship with Watermart for yearly maintenance of our new water system. Thank you !

    Installation of Water Softener and Revers osmosis system

    We recently moved to Stouffville and noticed a big change in the hardness of the water. Having 2 kids under the age of two the water would leave their skin dry and itchy. After careful review on which water softener and RO system to purchase we decided to go with Watermart because of all the positive reviews on Homestars. We want to thank Dave for helping us choose the water softener and RO system. And another big thank you to Ron for the quick installation, he did an awesome Job!!!

    Annual service

    Great service, once again. Technician was punctual, efficient and clean, with no problems. Water pressure is now much improved too. I appreciate the phone call beforehand to remind me of the need for annual service and filter change.

    Filter change

    Over the last 4 years, whoever Watermart has sent to us for installation or service has been fantastic. Ken was back this year and was excellent. Not only did he arrive on time, but was efficient and left the area he was working in cleaner than he found it. Thanks Ken!

    water filter service

    Ken was amazing! He was on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable, clean, and quick. I asked him if he could fit my sister in for a water filter service and he did no problem! High recommend watermart and ask for Ken!

    Annual Service.

    The annual service of our water purification system was performed by Ken from Watermark. He was on time, performed the work quickly and was very tidy. He also explained the next steps. I would recommend Watermark and Ken.
