    Filter replacement

    Scott was right on time to do our annual filter replacement. Despite having a very sore back, he was his usual friendly self and worked quickly. He answered all my questions. Great service. We'll be using them again.

    Water Filtration

    I went with Watermart at a friend's recommendation and they were the first of 3 companies on my "short list" but due to Scott's friendly and amazing knowledge, I didn't even bother with the other 2 companies on my list! what I loved about these guys was the fact that they just stated the facts about their products; they didn't push me one way or the other (ie. I hate it when companies try to upsell me aka spend more money) so I was very comfortable during our entire conversation. They were friendly and knowledgeable and installation was fast and efficient.

    I do love hear that we make the "top 3". But what I love to hear more is that a customer doesn't bother to call the other 2. We do have a strict "do not try to "close the deal" or upsell policy".     Yearly water filter system maintenance

    Scott did an excellent maintenance job. He is professional, efficient and friendly - a pleasure to deal with. We've been Watermart's customers for years and are very satisfied with their great service and product.

    Water Filter Replacement

    This is a great company with exceptional customer service. Lauren is pleasant to deal with on the phone when making an appointment. I was very happy with the service Scott provided--he was very friendly and helpful as he replaced my water filters. I will definitely continue to use WaterMart in the future.

    Water Filter

    Unbelievable service combined with a great product make for an extremely pleasant way of doing business. Everyone I dealt with at Watermart was great. From Dave calling me at 11pm to ensure he responded to my questions right away, to Lauren who worked really hard to ensure that my appointment was convenient to me and last but not least, Scott who is an absolute perfectionist and ensured the install was clean and tidy even in areas that can't be seen. A real pleasure to do business with.

    kitchen water filtration system

    We recently installed a new water filtration system as we found the quality of our tap water has deteriorated over the years . We chose Water Mart because of the great reviews. Great customer service! Scott, the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend "Water Mart" to anyone interested in installing a water filtration system!

    annual servicing of water filtration system

    Watermart installed my system 6 years ago and has come to change filters, replace whatever parts necessary and generally service the equipment .It has worked well from day 1, and their service is easy, quick , efficient and they leave it very clean.

    Water filtration system service

    I had to cancel my first appointment the day of and when I called the office looking to reschedule, the staff was very kind about it. Great customer service. Answered all my questions with an understanding tone and a smile. Never made me feel like I was bothering him.

    Service of reverse osmosis system

    The Watermart technician arrived right on time for the appointment. He finished the job within a reasonable time and answered all of my questions beyond expectations. He was very courteous.

    Drinking water system servicw

    It was very nice that they called to tell me technician would be delayed. I also appreciated that he told me that my system should be replaced next year - he was here a long time and I appreciated that- culligan used to be in and out
