    Water filter service

    The service was great! I like Ron---personable and professional. Dave, I think you should be proud of the excellent reputation you and your staff have earned. Thank you for your consistent fine service and congratulations!

    Water Filtration & Purification

    Just had a recent service and was very impressed with Scott who was the technician. Even though he has been servicing my water filtration system for many years I never bother to write my comments. This time I found a place to do so. Every year I look forward to meeting him and to feel the satisfaction of a job well-done - very friendly and efficient..

    Installation of RO Filtration System

    Everyone I dealt with at Watermart was so polite, friendly and helpful. Dave came out to inspect my water softener and answer my questions, and Scott came to do the install on my RO water filtration system. Really top notch guys - my appointment was scheduled quickly, lots of information given, top workmanship, clean work area. It was a real pleasure to deal with this company. I would highly recommend them!

    Purchase and Installation Water purification

    I would highly recommend Watermart to any one looking for a home water purification system. Most important they actually show up when they say they will. The installation was quick and any mess was thoroughly cleaned after the install. The technician was knowledgeable and explained how the system works, he also had pictures to show me where he installed the system water shut off. I am 100% pleased with Watermarts service, quality and on time delivery. Dave explained everything to me via the phone and did it in such a manner I was able to understand the various types of treatments. Thanks again Watermart for you efficient and professional services.     Water Filter system

    Water Mart staff are always very professional, offering great products with outstanding service. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with their work. Great prices and discounts as well.

    5 stage RO with with re-mineralizer

    Dave always gave the straight answer. Didn't come across as a "salesman" and was very to the point. I was very impressed by Ron the technician. He did a neat, tidy and professional installation

    Repalce RO Filters

    Dave helped me set up an appointment for replacing our RO filters, and we had Ken on time on our door steps. He patiently explained what he was doing and did an excellent job. As a part of their routine, he inspected our RO system after filters got replaced and identified a leakage but he fixed it, and everything looks good so far. I liked their professionalism and I definitely recommend these guys.

    Bottle-free water cooler service

    The staff was very helpful. I'm glad they call me because I never remember. Scott's the best! Friendly, professional, clear in his explanation of what's been done and what I need to do to follow up.

    Drinking water system service

    Efficient, Friendly, Professional Scott went above and beyond to patiently look at a problem pertaining to our water softener timer.We will be calling Dave to see if an issue unrelated to your products can be fixed. We appreciated the extra care.

    Water system service

    They are always pleasant to deal with, helpful and on top of everything! I am very thankful for the annual reminder call about what needs to be checked and maintained on my WaterMart system. Ron was wonderful! He explained that they were all out of checklists but he was sure to provide all the instructions so this was not an issue at all. He was very pleasant -- getting his work done efficiently while also having to deal with my inquisitive 4 year old and my two curious dogs. I was quite impressed with his professionalism and still maintaining a very warm demeanor! He was able to get the job done in record time even with all the household interruptions.
