    Reverse osmosis water filtration system

    We are very happy with the service we received. Dave was helpful in answering our questions over the phone. I was pleased to see that they even had options on hand on the day of the install to ensure that the faucet actually matched our kitchen decor.

    Kitchen sink water filter

    I have been extremely satisfied with the service and products provided by Watermart and have no hesitation recommending them to anyone looking for in-home water purification systems. Dave, Scott and the rest of the Watermart team are a pleasure to deal with, courteous, on time, and very knowledgeable and informative.

    Water Filtration System

    Whole house filter

    HIGHLY recommended. Dave was great for answering all of my pre-sales questions, and Ken did an exceptional job installing our whole house filter. Clean, professional, good explanation of how it works. They never tried to upsell me or scare me into buying more than I need.

    Reverse osmosis system

    Watermart installed a reverse osmosis drinking water system in my kitchen, as well as a chlorine filter in my main shower. Both jobs were done in an impeccable manner - clean, friendly, honest and patient. I just received my annual update for filter changes and was again thrilled with the ease of booking the service, as well as the speed of the work. Ron was an incredibly kind, patient and friendly technician and has been an absolute pleasure to work with from day one. I highly recommend Watermart, their RO and filter products and commend them on their excellent level of service.

    Water filter system

    Watermart provides excellent, friendly service. Their service people are very knowledgeable and most importantly punctual. There is nothing more frustrating than hanging around for a 4 hour window for people to show up for repairs. We have used Watermart for our water filtration system for 5+ years now and have had only positive experiences. They always follow up after appointments and call to remind us of upcoming service requirements. Great customer service. Thanks guys!

    Water purification, Reverse Osmosis

    Fifteen years ago we purchased, through Watermart, a reverse osmosis filter system for our drinking water. The owners and staff of Watermart have always provided courteous and professional service. Appointments are prompt and problems are walked through to a satisfying completion. In this day and age it is nice to see that there are still people who have pride in their work and stand firmly by their products. We highly recommend this company for your water needs.

    New installation

    After reading the reviews from homestarts, I decided to go with watermart's RO system. Last week, Ken came for installation after we met with him in store a week before. While in store, he patiently gave us a very detailed explanation. For the installation, he was very punctual and very professional. I was happy with the company and Ken and will do business with them anytime.

    Softener & RO System Install

    Recently had a softener and RO system installed by WaterMart. The professionalism and mannerism of the staff is impeccable. From the onset, dealing with owner Dave in select the systems to Ken, the installer. I was always kept well informed and always part of the process. They are all very knowledgeable and truly enjoy the work they do! No pushy sales tactics or unnecessary information to confuse you. Dave provided very unbiased answers and recommendations, answering all and any questions I had. Ken did a very clean and professional install. Very considerate to the fact that I have a toddler and working around his schedule. I will be recommending WaterMart to friends and family, I look forward dealing with WaterMart again in the future. Kudos to a company that still strongly believes in what they do and does it right!

    Reverse Osmosis, Water softener and carbon filter

    Dave was very knowledgeable about his product and explained to me why I didn't need to spend more money as suggested at other companies. Installation was booked at a convenient time and the installer was prompt and efficient.
