    Drinking water system service

    The quality of your service is excellent and I commend your staff for a job well done. One suggestion is that sending an email as a reminder is more convenient than a phone call.

    Drinking water system services

    Nothing. Linda called me again when I forgot to return her call (oops), which was very appreciated on my part. Everything was perfect, I will continue to recommend WM. Everything was done to perfection. Scott was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained the pros and cons of every system and went further to explain carbon filtration and water softening systems. We were extremely pleased with Scott and how he took his time with our visit. We are happy to recommend WaterMart.

    Water Softener & R/O System

    Dealing with WaterMart was a great experience. Everyone I dealt with at the company was very professional and friendly. Dave gave a great explanation of how the system would be integrated with our home. Ron did an awesome job with the installation and giving us a run through of our new softener and r/o system. Great experience and we have no hesitation on recommending them.

    Installation of drinking water system

    10/10 - Dave took the time to speak with me about pros/cons of different systems; Scott did a great job with the install. I wouldn't hesitate to refer to you (I already have!).

    Water Filtration System

    Scott is amazing! He is extremely professional, personable and did a terrific job. This attitude permeates the Watermart organization. They are great to deal with. Scott is the one we want to do our replacement filter next year. Thank you to Dave and team!

    Water softener installation

    The presales support from Dave was exceptional, he responded in a timely manner and answered all my questions for a new water softener. I am recently separated and he was empathetic to my situation and went above and beyond in ensuring I had a solution that worked for me financially. Ron was the technician who handled the installation, he was friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. He answered all my questions and just like Dave went above and beyond by helping remove the previous unit in place. Linda handled booking my appointment and was also very helpful, arranged to call when the technician was on route. She also did a follow up call to ensure installation went well and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions I may have. Overall experience was great! There is nothing to improve! Would highly recommend WaterMart to friends and family.

    Fixed Water System, Installed Reverese Osmosis System

    We moved into a house which had an existing iron filter and water softener system that was not working. We had two different companies come look at it, both gave us sales pitches and recommended we reinstall both systems (without actually touching the systems, just looked at them). Ron came in and actually tinkered with it, figured out the problem and it was resolved in a couple weeks for a third of the cost. We also had him install a new reverse osmosis sytem. This is an honest company with honest employees that are really out to ensure their customers have safe water rather than just earning a buck. I will be sure to return the favour by recommending their services, starting here on Homestars.

    Reverse osmosis system service

    The appointment was very pleasant. Just remind us that approximately every 3rd year (visit) we have to replace an additional filter and the visit will cost more. If everyone is like Scott, there is nothing you can do to improve. He was great. A good experience with a very good service technician.

    Linda was great and so patient in quoting the right options for our needs. We are so happy with ur service,thanks a lot. The unit works perfect,ur service is professional.I will be ur customer always.

    Installation of drinking water system and water softener

    Dave is very knowledgable and gave me the best advice when choosing the best system for my needs. The price is better than any other similar system that I checked out. I am very pleased with the installation. Ron was very helpful in explaining how the system works. He did a professional job. It would have been awesome if the first bag of salt was also included but the system didn't need it until a few days later.
