    Water softener and reverse osmosis system

    What a pleasure our experience was with both Dave the owner and Ron who installed our units. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and didn't go through any gimmicky sales tactics. By our area, he knew exactly what we needed and made some great recommendations. He also sent Ron to our house same day to get a final estimate. Ron was wonderful to work with. He was prompt, very clean in his installation work and gave excellent tips on maintaining the system, where to by replacement salt, etc. I would highly recommend this company if you're looking for reliable service at a reasonable cost. I would definitely use them again and will continue to recommend to friends and family!

    reverse osmosis water filters

    Scot from Water Mart came to my house to change water filters on my reverse osmosis system. He did a very thorough job and explained everything. I will be using Scot for all of my filter changes and if a new water system needs to be installed.

    Reverse Osmosis and water softener

    I called David when we moved in Ontario a year ago and was more than pleased with everything. We had a great installation of the system and also wonderful customer service through all the year. I only wish all the business services were as honest and as amazing as watermart has been to us. We are moving to another country and we are more than positive that it will be very difficult to find the same service else where as Watermart gave us. If you need a honest and reliable company, this is it! Prices are better than other companies, and you are not paying only for the product but also for a wonderful customer service.     Drinking water system service

    The people from Watermart are always friendly - always accommodating - pleasure to deal with. My technician, Ken, was very helpful - great suggestions - friendly. He left the area clean and dry and I received a completed checklist when the job was done.

    Whole home filtration system installation

    Linda was very helpful, answered all of my 1 million questions. Ron, the technician was amazing. Polite, professional, considerate of my space/home. He even let me know about another issue in the basement that I hadn't noticed. I was very impressed by the job he did.

    Water filtration system

    Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. This is the second system for us. We just moved into a new house and were so pleased with the water system in our last house that we had for 7 years, we called on Dave and the Watermart team to install into the new house. Great products, very informative company and friendly staff. Thanks Watermart.

    Water Purification Servicing

    I have been using this company to service our water purification system for several years now. I have dealt primarily with Dave and Scott who are best described as real professionals. Their work is always completed as promised in a thorough and clean manner. I highly recommend this company.

    Repair Water Filter System

    Our water filter system for our cottage is usually serviced by Dave and his team at Watermart in Thornhill. This summer, our UV lamp broke, we tried numerous other providers to get a replacement and no other store could get our parts. Dave got the right part, and discovered another problem and fixed that. Thank Dave.

    Reverse Osmosis System Installation

    I've recently had an installation of an R/O system in our home and had a very good experience with Watermart. Linda was great to deal via email and phone and Scott was able to come later in the day at my request and the installation took no more than an hour. He was knowledgable, kind and courteous.
