    annual filter changing

    Installed a water filtration system and water softener

    I had the best experience with watermart! Donna helped and guided me on everything and explained things so well. When installed they explained how the system worked and what to do going forward. Hands down a very good company from work to customer service.

    Water softener

    Can’t say enough about the service and professionalism of the Watermart team. I don’t typically give reviews but was compelled by the 5-star service. With a plethora of great choices available, I landed on Watermart (twice) thanks in large part to the exceptional and expeditious service provided by Donna. She answered every one of my questions all the while not making it feel like she was pushing me on the product. The installation was just as efficient. Ken did a marvellous job (both times) making sure I knew what he’d done and answered any questions I had with operation and maintenance, although to be quite honest the units are very self sufficient. My only job is to fill the salt bin. All that said, the Watermart team performed at a level that exceeded my expectations.

    Upgraded Home Water Filtration System

    We have a 20 yr old water system, and was tested the water for heavy metals and found the City water was not a good quality. A friend suggested an upgrade was required. He suggested WaterMart as he had done an upgrade a few years ago. The company came for an inspection, explained the choices and alternatives very well and installed the new system all done within a week. Great service. Special thanks to Ken who worked with us and did the install and Donna in the office, great support

    Water Softener Replacement

    The folks at Watermart were very helpful, answering all questions, giving us a number of options (without pressure), and the serviceman who installed our new water softener system was efficient and polite, again taking the time to answer all questions and troubleshoot our piping system (we added a bypass for our fridge). They also called the following day to check in, which we greatly appreciated. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

    Reverse Osmosis Filter Installation

    This is my second system with Watermart. I recently moved and have been so happy with their product and service that I had to get another one installed right away! Dave and his team are always friendly, knowledgable and helpful!

    Such a pleasure to deal with. A breath of fresh air!

    I fully trust Watermart and highly recommend them for their expertise with installing and maintaining various kinds of water filters. And especially for their wonderfully friendly service! We first used Watermart in 2014 when we installed a whole home filter in our old house and we have recently asked them to return to install a similar filter in our new house, along with an under counter system. Each interaction with their sales team, technical advisors and installation experts has been a pleasure and I look forward to using them for years to come.

    Excellent filter and very fast and neat installation

    everything fits perfectly,there is free space for trash cans.The master cleaned everything after installation.The filters work perfectly, the water is tasty, the pressure is strong. Watermark can change filters every year, Great!.

    Reverse osmosis residential water system

    Best customer service ever! Everyone I spoke to was courteous and responsive. Great communication throughout. Real people answering the phone! Terrific products.     Water Softener

    Great pre/post service and install. Quick/Clean job and already enjoying the soft water. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get a Water Softener or Filtration System. Prices were also the best I found when shopping around.
