    Water filtration

    Zia installed our water filtration system. He was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. We are happy with our system. Watermart is a great company, all staff were helpful and prompt. I would highly recommend them.

    Under-the-Sink Reverse Osmosis System (Drinking Water)

    (Remember to add HST to this amount.) I have been consistently pleased by the quality of the product, and especially by the knowledgeable, trustworthy, courteous, and efficient personnel. From office staff to the technicians providing the service on site, the system's yearly service has always been a pleasure. Also, the window of service arrival has always been reasonable. Finally, I appreciate that the technicians arrive masked without question.

    Water purification

    I have been a customer of Watermart since 1999. They are an honest, reliable, expert and professional company. Their service people are prompt, cordial and highly qualified. I rely on Watermart to provide me with the purest water for drinking and bathing in Toronto. Merle Gould

    Another awesome RO system installation by Ken of Watermart

    We have been using Watermart for our reverse osmosis system in Toronto for almost 20 years, and we have purchased their systems for second residences in 4 other Canadian cities as well. Since these other locations were too far from Toronto, we had to have other companies install and service Watermarts systems, and none of their technicians have even come close to the level of professionalism and expertise that we have experienced with Watermart. Ken installed a new system at my parents home today and, as we have come to know and expect, not only is his work is of the highest quality, he is a really lovely person. We have been very cautious during the pandemic about letting service personnel into my parents house, but Dave and the entire Watermart team have earned our trust, so I had no qualms about having Ken install the new system at this time. As always, he arrived precisely within the time window that was scheduled, wearing PPE, and did an outstanding job. He worked diligently, kept everything clean and tidy, and the system is working beautifully. Many thanks to Dave and everyone at Watermart for consistently providing excellent products and fantastic service!

    GREAT EXPERIENCE re. R.O. FILTRATION

    I had a good feeling about WaterMart back in 2019 when I first spoke to Donna asking about the product. Due to health issues followed by COVID, I was unable follow up until now and am so happy I made the decision to go with them. Compared to my old 1st generation Culligan system, it appears this new system will be very easy to use when I, eventually, have to change the filters. The initial install was done by George who was on time, friendly and professional. I had a small issue after the installation. The companys response was quick and within a couple of days, they sent another installer (unfortunately, didnt get his name) to fix the issue. Again, on time, friendly and professional. Cost with installation very reasonable compared to larger competitor.

And yes, concerning cost: It blows my mind how much some companies feel they can charge and that somehow it is ok. I know what equipment costs us.     Great company and service

    Softener, whole home filter and reverse osmosis system

    I contacted Watermart after meeting with a few other services (Culligan and Costco supplier). Watermart offered excellent products at a better price and I felt good about supporting a local business. Donna was very responsive in preparing the quote and Ken was superb with the install. No mess, easy instructions and the water is PERFECT. It's better than any bottled water I've ever had. The softened tap water isn't slimy like I was expecting, but does make a big difference with frequent hand washing (much more moisturizing for the skin). I would highly recommend this company to others looking for purified and softened water.

    Water filtration water softener and RO system

    Installation Technician (George) was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and timely. Purchased from Watermart as it is a local company. Donna was also helpful in recommending product solutions to address my concerns.

    Continued excellent service

    We have been customers of Watermart for about 20 years, and have used the water purification systems in 4 residences. Without reservation, we recommend their installations and servicing. Today's work, admittedly tricky, was performed admirably by Ken. All work has been tidy, efficient and reliable. 5 star service, as always.
